لا يزال الرجال والنساء والأطفال يفرّون من منازلهم بحثاً عن الأمان. هذا وقد بلغت مراكز الإيواء طاقتها الاستيعابية القصوى. كما لا تزال المدارس تُستخدم كمواقع لاستضافة النازحين، ما يُحرِم الأطفال من حقّهم في التعليم.
