انتهى النداء الإنساني العاجل لعام 2026 في 31 آب/أغسطس. وعلى الرغم من محدودية التمويل، تمكّن الشركاء الإنسانيون من الوصول إلى 1.2 مليون شخص بمساعدات منقذة للحياة منذ آذار/مارس. ومع ذلك، لا تزال الاحتياجات قائمة، ويظل الوصول إلى الخدمات مقيداً، فيما لا تزال العديد من الأسر غير قادرة على العودة إلى منازلها بأمان

The 2026 Flash Appeal ended on 31 August. Despite limited funding, humanitarian partners reached 1.2 million people with lifesaving assistance since March. Yet, needs persist, access remains constrained & many families still cannot return home safely.

لا تزال الأوضاع الإنسانية هشة في ظل استمرار الأنشطة العسكرية وانعدام الأمن والنزوح والعوائق التي تحول دون العودة. ولا يزال المدنيون والعاملون في مجال الاستجابة يواجهون مخاطر كبيرة تتعلق بالحماية. كما لا تزال فجوات التمويل تؤثر على قدرة الاستجابة الإنسانية.

Humanitarian conditions remain fragile amid continued military activity, insecurity, displacement & impediments to return. Civilians and responders continue to face significant protection risks. Funding shortfalls continue to affect response capacity.

لا تزال إمكانية وصول المساعدات الإنسانية الى المتضررين يشكل مصدر قلق بالغ في جنوب لبنان، لا سيما في المناطق الواقعة جنوب نهر الليطاني. وتبقى إمكانية الوصول إلى القرى الحدودية محدودة للغاية، إذ يتطلب ذلك في كثير من الأحيان المرور عبر حواجز. ومع ذلك، يواصل الشركاء في العمل الإنساني الوصول إلى المجتمعات المتضررة وتقديم المساعدة لها.

Humanitarian access remains a critical concern in southern Lebanon, particularly south of the Litani River. Access to frontline villages remains highly restricted, often requiring passage through physical barriers. Humanitarian partners have continued to reach affected communities.

يمكن للدعم الغذائي أن يُحدث فرقًا كبيرًا في حياة الأسر التي تواجه الأزمات والنزوح.

بدعم من الصندوق الإنساني للبنان قامت Hand Organization بتوزيع سلال غذائية على الأسر الأكثر احتياجًا في بعلبك-الهرمل، مما ساعدها على تأمين الوجبات لأفرادها وتلبية احتياجاتها اليومية بكرامة.

Food support can make a big difference for families facing crisis and displacement.

With support from the , Hand Organization provided food parcels to vulnerable families in Baalbek-Hermel, helping them put meals on the table and meet their daily needs with dignity.

Renewed hostilities in southern Lebanon continue to take a toll on civilians. Despite the continued insecurity, people continue to make their way home. However, over 300,000 people remain displaced across Lebanon.

تدعو أوتشا إلى الاحترام الكامل للقانون الدولي الإنساني وحماية المدنيين والبنية التحتية المدنية، مؤكدةً أن استمرار الدعم الإنساني أمرٌ أساسي لتلبية احتياجات المجتمعات المتضررة من الأعمال العدائية المستمرة.

OCHA calls for full respect for international humanitarian law and the protection of civilians and civilian infrastructure, stressing that sustained humanitarian support is essential to meet the needs of communities affected by the ongoing hostilities.

تستمر تحركات السكان، رغم أن اتجاهات النزوح والعودة تُظهر مؤشرات على الاستقرار. ولا يزال وصول المساعدات الإنسانية معقدًا وغير قابل للتنبؤ، في حين تواصل القيود التمويلية إعاقة الاستجابة الإنسانية في مرحلة حرجة.

Population movements continue, though displacement and return trends are showing signs of stabilization. Humanitarian access remains complex and unpredictable, while funding constraints continue to hamper the response at a critical stage.
