Under the auspices and in the presence of H.E. the Minister of Interior & Municipalities, Mr. Ahmad Hajjar, we proudly celebrated the 2024–2025 graduation of the Municipal Administration & Finance Diploma (MAFD), in partnership with the Lebanese American University - LAU.

The ceremony marked the graduation of 120 professionals from municipalities and public administrations across Lebanon and was honored by the presence of senior leaders, including Mrs. Faten Abou Al Hassan, Judge Marwan Abboud, Governor of Beirut, and Ms. Hwaida Turk Governor of Nabatieh, alongside governors, mayors and municipal union leaders, academic partners, and the families of the graduates.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our distinguished instructors: Dr. Elie Maalouf, Dr. Jean Eliyye, Mr Garo Marachlian, Dr Josephine Zgheib and others whose dedication continues to shape the program’s impact.
