Al Majmoua This is the official page of Al Majmoua, a Lebanese independent, non-confessional, non-profit microfinance institution.

The Lebanese Association for Development - Al Majmoua is a Lebanese independent, non-confessional, non-profit microfinance institution (MFI) that focuses since 1997 on supporting low-income and vulnerable individuals, particularly micro entrepreneurs and women, with affordable financial and non-financial services to fund their activities and build sustainable businesses. Al Majmoua is active across Lebanon, including the Palestinian Camps, through a network of 29 offices. The branches allow Al Majmoua to be present in the communities it serves and remain tuned in to the particular needs of the micro-entrepreneurs. Al Majmoua’s team is made of 400 highly motivated, skilled, dedicated full-time staff. Loan officers are recruited from the local community since social networks and an extensive knowledge of respective areas of operation are essential in our work.
