🚑 The mountain doesn’t wait and neither can we.

For decades, Ambulance 264 has been the lifeline connecting remote mountain communities to emergency care. Today, after years of missions, harsh conditions, and wear, it’s off the road and in need of our help.

Getting 264 back means more than repairing a vehicle, it means making sure help can reach families when they need it most.

❤️ Every contribution brings us one step closer to getting 264 back on the road.

Please mention 264.

30 years of friendship, service, memories, and so many people who have made Rotary Club Sahel Metn what it is today. ❤️

A little look back at a very special night celebrating 30 years together. From the dinner and drinks, to the laughter, the pins, the dancing, and all the moments in between, it was a night we’ll always remember.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and made this celebration so special. To our past presidents, members, friends, Rotaractors, partners, and everyone who has been part of our journey, this milestone belongs to all of you.

Here’s to 30 years of Service Above Self, and to everything still ahead. 🥂

Supporting Our Farmers, Restoring Livelihoods 🌾

Rotary Club Sahel Metn recently delivered essential agricultural support to 7 local farmers directly affected by war across Sarafand, Khrayeb, Ansar, Erzay, and Tyre.

Each farmer received:

• 1,000 cabbage plants 🥬
• 1,200 bean seeds🫘
• 1,000 cucumber seeds 🥒

By distributing these supplies, we aim to help our agricultural community rebuild, restore their crops, and secure their livelihoods during difficult times.

🌍 This World Environment Day, we’re highlighting a project implemented by our club, Rotary Club of Sahel Metn, to turn sunlight into impact.

Through an $11,500 contribution toward a solar power system at an elderly home in Kfarmasshoun, more than 70 residents now benefit from a more sustainable source of energy and reduced reliance on generators.

Rotary’s March theme is Water, Sanitation & Hygiene.

But here’s the real question:
Why do some WASH initiatives thrive... while others quietly fail?

Join us for a practical seminar on:
Supply Chain Leadership Behind Sustainable WASH Impact.

Most WASH initiatives do not fail from lack of funding. They fail from lack of supply chain leadership.

🎙 Speaker: Saiid Saber, International Supply Chain Expert
