To everyone asking about our plans: we will not be holding the Beirut International Jazz Week this year, and celebrate the .
Jazz was born from struggle. It is more than entertainment; it is a language of resistance and a call for human solidarity. Today, the music must serve that original purpose. We cannot celebrate while our country bleeds—with thousands killed and over a million displaced.
We are calling on our global jazz community to honor the true spirit of this music. Raise your voices. Use your art. Demand an end to this death machine.
