Six years have passed since the day that changed Beirut forever.

In just 6 seconds, a city was shattered.
220+ lives were lost.
More than 7,000 people were injured.
Hundreds of thousands were displaced.
But behind every number was a name, a family, a dream, and a life that mattered.

Every year, we return to the memories, the images, and the stories, not because we want to relive the pain, but because we refuse to let the world forget.

The scars of that day still remain. The wounds are still open. And the call for justice continues, as families still wait for accountability and truth.

Yet, from the ashes of Beirut, we have witnessed something powerful: the strength of its people. The hands that rebuilt, the hearts that cared, and the communities that stood together when everything seemed broken.

At Medonations, our mission was born from this tragedy — from the belief that even in the darkest moments, humanity can rise. Every medicine delivered, every patient supported, and every life touched is a reminder that hope can be rebuilt.

Six years later, we remember those we lost.
We stand with those who are still healing.
We continue to fight for a better tomorrow.

Standing with organizations working tirelessly on the ground to support displaced women and families 🩷 Together with sister NGOs, we are proud to help create safe spaces, restore dignity, and provide direct support for those who need it most.

MEDONATIONS is a Lebanese non-profit organization that provides free medical support to vulnerable communities by covering medications, treatments, and essential healthcare services for people in need 🩷

This contribution is part of a joint activity and the funds will go toward providing medications for women patients and covering treatment for a cancer patient 🌸

هو إيد عم ترجّف بس بعدها عم تعطي،
هو حضن دافي وقت الدني كلّا بردت،
هو أمّ عم تخبّي تعبها لتطمن ولادها،
وستّ بعدها عم تعلّمنا إنو العطاء ما إلو عمر.

بهالصورة في ثلاث أجيال…
بس في روح وحدة: روح الأم.
يلي بتتعب بصمت،
بتخاف بصمت،
وبتحارب بصمت… كرمالنا.

الأم مش بس يلي ربّتنا،
الأم هي كمان يلي بتحمينا،
يلي بتسهر حدّنا،
مش بس يلي بتعطينا الدوا… بكتير من الاوقات بتكون هي الدوا.

Every place we serve carries its own meaning. Every mission leaves a different emotion in our hearts. But this one… this one was among the most sincere missions we’ve ever lived.
No phones. No noise. Just pure human presence, eye to eye, heart to heart.
The sisters truly embody Mother Teresa’s mission , humility, love, and service in their purest form.
God bless them, their endless devotion, and every soul they care for and uplift every single day.
We leave today with full hearts, grateful, humbled, and reminded of what truly matters🤍
