It was a great experience and we hope we benefited the school and that the students enjoy their outdoor space as much as we enjoyed create it for them! 💚

The plants by activity!
We ended the day with a planting activity whereby the students learnt how to plant an olive tree. We chose this tree because it is a native Lebanese tree.
They planted it in a plastic bottle in order to apply what they learnt about ways to repurpose and reuse a plastic bottle. 🌎🌱

After discovering what they know about climate change, we went over a presentation to educate them more about the topic....

After discovering what they know about climate change, we went over a presentation to educate them more about the topic.
We are pleased to say that the students learnt a lot and were really engaged.
This was shown by the results we obtained from the second form we asked them to fill after the presentation.
They knew how to answer all questions and engaged in a conversation and gave their own solutions to the problem.

The school we chose to work with is AJYAL school in Bchamoun.
We spent a day there in order to meet the students and discuss the problem of climate change. Later on, we will implement a green project at the school funded by the planting kits we sold.
We started off by a short quiz to test their knowledge on the subject.
