Empower to Act Enable. Engage. Enact.

Building on the journey of Elmi Amali, we continue our mission to create safe, creative, and practical spaces where youth can express themselves, build skills, participate, and lead local change. تأسست مُبادرة عِلْمي عَمَلي عام 2017 في إطار مشروع "الشباب مواطنو اليوم " الذي تُنفذه جمعية مسار بالشراكة مع منظمة اليونيسف في لبنان، إذ ركّزت حينها على مشكلة البطالة المنتشرة بين الشباب في منطقة الشوف وعاليه عام ٢٠١٧-٢٠١٨.
بعدها، توسعت أهداف المبادرة لتشمل تطوير قدرات الشباب وتمكينهم للانخراط في الأنشطة المُجتمعية، كما والعمل على كافة القضايا التي تؤثّر على صحة الشباب النفسية في منطقة الشوف لعام ٢٠١٨-٢٠١٩ أهمها: البطالة ما بين العلم والعمل، العادات والتقاليد الموروثة، منها ما هو مبني على التمييز على النوع الإجتماعي، قلة إنخراط الشباب في المجتمع المحلي والصحة العامة والبيئة..

خلال عام ٢٠١٩-٢٠٢٠ عملنا على تسليط الضوء على تأثير الضغوطات النفسية على فئة الشباب في منطقة الشوف. ضمن
حملة "كيفك ... وهلق!" ،كذلك توسع نطاق عمل المبادرة ليشمل منطقة طرابلس حيث سلطنا الضوء على العنف التطرفي والجندر ضمن نطاق حملة "لأنو بعرفك"

*بحث العمل التشاركي هو طريقة منهجية لتحديد حاجات الشباب ومطالبهم، للتمكن من التخطيط لحملات مناصرة مطلبية ومشاريع تنموية. يتم تنفيذ البحث ضمن مشروع
"الشباب مواطنو اليوم" وهو مشروع شراكة بين جمعية مسار ومنظمة اليونيسف، بدأ تنفيذه للمرة الأولى في العام 2017 في سِتّ مناطق لبنانية، ومن ثم توسّع ليشمل عشر مناطق في مرحلته الثانية وحالياً يتم تطبيقه في 20 منطقة على المستوى الوطني *

Through Voices in Motion | أصوات في حركة, participants explored as a space for expression, shared experiences, teamwork, and transforming community challenges into scenes and ideas that can spark dialogue and action.

Because theatre is more than a performance…
It is a voice, a space for participation, and a way to create change together. 💚🧡

من النحدي… إلى المبادرة بالعمل والمشاركة الفعالة للشباب... 💡🌱

ضمن مشروع «أصوات في حركة | Voices in Motion»، خاض الشباب تجربة تدريبية عملية لمدة يومين حول توليد الأفكار، التخطيط، وإدارة الأنشطة المجتمعية، حيث عملوا معًا على فهم التحديات التي تهمّهم، تحليلها، تطوير الحلول، وتحويل أفكارهم إلى أنشطة قابلة للتنفيذ بقيادتهم.
المدرب: دانيال بودرغم - أخصائي تطوير برامج الشباب وإنخراط المجتمع المحلي

نسمع من المشاركين أنفسهم عن تجربتهم، وما تعلّموه خلال التدريب، وكيف يمكن لفكرة صغيرة أن تتحوّل، بالتعاون والتخطيط، إلى أثر في المجتمع. 🎯🤝

من «علمي عملي» إلى Empower to Act… رحلتنا مستمرّة 🌱

منذ عام 2017، سألنا، استمعنا، بحثنا، وعملنا جنبًا إلى جنب مع الشباب والشابات، لنحوّل أصواتهم إلى مناصرة، ومبادرات مجتمعية، وأثر حقيقي 💡📣

خلال رحلتنا، شارك معنا أكثر من 500 شابة وشاب، وتعاونّا مع 15 جهة معنية، وانضم إلينا أكثر من 80 متطوّعًا ومتطوّعة، وعملنا على قضايا تهمّ الشباب ومجتمعاتهم 🤝

واليوم، نتابع الرحلة بهوية متجدّدة وبالإيمان نفسه: الشباب ليسوا فقط مستقبل الغد، بل هم قوّة التغيير اليوم 🧡💚

Since 2017, we have listened, researched, and worked side by side with young people, transforming their voices into advocacy, community action, and real impact 💡📣

Throughout our journey, we have engaged more than 500 young people, collaborated with 15 stakeholders, mobilized over 80 volunteers, and addressed issues that matter to youth and their communities 🤝

Today, we continue with a renewed identity and the same belief: young people are not only the future; they are the power of change today 🧡💚
