✨ A Night of Timeless Theater ✨

63 Years Ago, in 1963, the AGBU-AYA Vahram Papazian Theater Group brought Ben Jonson’s Volpone to life in a way that bridged eras. Under the direction of Berge Fazlian, classical elegance met modern innovation, creating a performance praised for its balance, creativity, and mastery.

A night where tradition and modernity danced together, leaving the audience inspired and the play remembered as a complete success. 🎭

54 Years Ago, 1972 — Antranik Antelias, a new chapter took shape.✍🏻

A new chapter of the AGBU-AYA Antranik Antelias, carried by a group of dedicated individuals whose names would become part of its living story. At the helm stood Hayganoush Vartanian, guiding the local committee alongside Kevork Santourian, Sylva Tchouldjian, Garo Djeghelian, Elisabeth Boghossian, Hagop Mardirossian, and Vartan Kouzoujian.

The heartbeat of the community echoed through the Social Committee— Raffi Alexanian, Sylva Der Boghosian, Sylva Betchakjian, Jeanette Kalpakian, Shoghig Kouzoudjian, Shake Khosdigian, Mardig Getsoyan, Berge Basmadjian, Hovhannes Markarian, and Harout Giragossian—bringing people together, moment by moment.

More than a committee, this was a family—builders of community, keepers of identity, and voices of a generation. Their legacy remains woven into the story of Antranik Antelias, echoing far beyond 1972.

In the golden wheels of the 1960s, the spirit of AYA didn’t just ride—it soared 🚴‍♂️✨

From the roads of Beirut to the climbs of Batroun, Barouk, and beyond, the cyclists of AGBU-AYA carved their legacy with grit, unity, and pride. Guided by devoted leaders and a committed committee, every race became a lesson, every challenge a stepping stone.

Victory wasn’t just measured in points—though AGBU Antranik claimed 1st place and Antranik-Sevan followed strong in 2nd—it was forged in disciplined weekly gatherings, the unity of twenty determined riders, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

Champions rose, records were written, and AYA-Sevan stood tall among Lebanon’s finest—proof that when passion meets purpose, history is made.

66 years ago, on two unforgettable evenings in May 1960, the AGBU-AYA Song and Dance Ensemble lit up the stage of Caloust Gulbenkian Hall for the very first time.✨

Beneath glowing lights and before a packed audience, young voices rose in song and dancers brought heritage to life with every step. Guided by passionate leaders, their performance was more than a show, it was a proud celebration of culture, unity, and youth.

That night marked the beginning of a legacy, where music and movement carried tradition forward, leaving a lasting echo that still resonates today.
