In the past few weeks, we have been generously gifted 3000$ overall from our members, friends and community from all over the world, each according to their ability, to support our war-displaced bothers and sisters in need.

And so, we contacted the displacement center in Verdun, through Ms. Layale Yamani from the Ministry of Social Affairs, to update our understanding of the families' needs, which consisted particularly of food supplies so they could dine together at night in a spirit of hospitality.

Thanks to the support of , we were able to contact suppliers and purchase quality products at below average market price.

And last week, we had the grace to transport the supplies and deliver them hand-in-hand to the displaced families with the help of one of Ana Khayyak's friends, Mr. Samih Eid.

We were particularly touched by the smiles and warmth that we were greeted with at the center by our displaced brothers & sisters and their children, and we were moved and catalyzed by our friends and community's mobilization with us to be near those most affected. For us, it was a tender sign of Life's unrelenting presence, even in the midst of war and horror❤️

HELP US SUPPORT 3 DISPLACEMENT CENTERS IN LEBANON

Ana Khayyak is opening this fundraiser based on the expressed needs of 3 displacement centers towards in Beirut: Forn El Chebbak, Basta and Verdun.

Support will consist of food rations for families, school supplies for kids and medication for the ill. Join us in answering Life’s call to be near to our impacted brothers and sisters.
