The Tali-banned Cigar Aficionado Club (TCAC), Camp Arifjan Kuwait Chapter is a social, not-for-profit club, made up of US and coalition military, US and other nation governmental agencies and contractors. The TCAC Camp Arifjan Kuwait Chapter meets every Saturday and the smoking lamp is lit at 2100. If you are a cigar enthusiast or even someone who does not smoke ci**rs but would like to learn abou

t the appreciation of fine ci**rs, you are heartily welcome to attend. There are raffle prizes and auctyions at each meeting, and the membership enjoys complimentary fine ci**rs and learns all about the nuances of cigar smoking including, but not limited to, the way to choose a cigar, lighting and smoking tips, the construction of ci**rs, humidifying and storing ci**rs and the complex process used to grow, roll and produce fine hand-made ci**rs from all over the world. There is a one-time, lifetime membership dues of $50 (cash), which includes an embroidered "TCAC: Camp Arifjan Kuwait Chapter" polo shirt, challenge coin and a fine selection of premium ci**rs to choose from.
