HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!

The Aligarh Muslim University Old Boys' Association (AMUOBA), Kuwait Chapter, joins the nation in felicitating the Indian diaspora in Kuwait and the Embassy of India on the joyous occasion of the 79th Independence Day of India.

At the outset, we extend our warmest greetings — Happy Independence Day to you all. On this day of national reverence and pride, we come together to celebrate our nation’s glorious journey of freedom.

This celebration is not merely about saluting and hoisting the Tricolour; it is a heartfelt tribute to our valiant freedom fighters, whose courage and sacrifices paved the way for our independence.

India remains a shining example of unity in diversity, and it is our collective duty to uphold peace, love, equality, and harmony among all citizens, as enshrined in our Constitution. As our beloved AMU founder, Sir Syed Ahmad Khan, aptly said: “The first requisite for the progress of a nation is the brotherhood and unity amongst sections of the society.”
