To top that, we help you experience the blessings and joy of giving. The items donated can be new, used or gently used. ‘I share’ helps you post your
gifts so someone who needs it can claim it. Apart from this we encourage all our supporters to feel free to claim any object that they need for themselves, their friends or anyone in need. To put it simply we match gifts with needs. We also have a wishes section where you can post a wish if you or someone you know needs something, it can be things, money or tasks. We will try and find someone who can help out

OUR VISION
Our aim is to promote the habit of sharing so both donors and recipients of gifts can benefit. In addition to this, we work to get valuable items out of the waste stream. We heard many no's to our vision but we have cranked up our efforts and moved ahead in the firm belief that to care is innate to human nature. With ‘I share’, you give, you receive, you wish, you fulfill a wish, you use, you re-use, you save, you recycle, you do good. HOW DOES IT WORK
If you want to donate a gift
Send a Message with the following details
1. A picture of the item
2. Name of the Donor: (you can choose to be anonymous in the interest of privacy/modesty)
3. Condition of the item: (new, used or gently used)
4. Description of the item: (the features, specifications, brand etc)
5. Contact details: (you can provide phone numbers, email or go for 'contact admin' option where your contact details won't be show on page but we will provide only to interested parties)
6. When your item is claimed please inform us so we update the status of gift from 'available' to 'gifted' in order to avoid confusion and repeated inquiries. If you want to claim a gift
1. If the donor has provided his or her contact details please feel free to contact the donor directly
2. If the donor has chosen to be anonymous or it says 'contact admin' for contact details, then please leave a message with code number of the gift or comment below the item. We will give you the contact details so you can proceed.
3. Pick up the gift from the donor
If you want post a wish
1. Message us with details regarding what is needed, the person who needs it and contact number. We will verify and post your wish
2. Once we find a donor, you will be contacted

If you want to fulfill a wish
1. If contact details are provided please feel free to contact the recipient directly
2. If the recipient has chosen to be anonymous or it says 'contact admin' for contact details, then please leave a message or comment. We will give you the contact details so you can proceed.
3.When you have fullfilled the wish please inform us so we update the status of the wish from 'pending' to 'fullfilled' in order to avoid confusion and repeated inquiries. THE RULES
1. The Recipients and Donors should always employ all necessary safety and security measures while when dealing with unknown persons during transfer of gifts as you normally would while using any classifieds. Ours is a genuine effort to help people but it is not humanly possible for us to be involved in every gift transfer so you are responsible for your own safety.
2. Any offensive comments against any person, race, religion, country will not be tolerated. They will be promptly removed and the user will be banned. We are here to share goodness not malice. But all other feedback and suggestions will be humbly welcomed
3. Absolutely anyone can claim any gifts posted on ‘I share’. There is no criterion for a recipient so please feel free to claim for yourself, your family, your friends or the household help.
4. Please, only donate items that are in good condition. We will not post items that we feel are below our standards, we do this solely out of respect for the recipients. But all gifts small and big are welcome, it doesn't matter how tiny the gift, we celebrate how big your heart is
FAQs
What if I want to donate money? You can either choose a wish you want to fulfill or we can post the availability of monetary assistance so recipients in need can contact you. Who is responsible for pick up/drop off of gifts? The recipient is expected to collect the gift or arrange for transport for bulkier items. However, it can also depend upon the understanding between the Donor and recipient and donors may also be gracious enough to drop off gift. It’s your prerogative
What if I don't find any takers for my gift? Apart from the audience of our supporters we also plan to have regular showing of available items with charity institutions. We are positive we will find a match soon
