إيمانا منا جميعا أبناء الوطن بأن التكافل الاجتماعي هو أحد أهم الأسس و أصل العمل التطوعي و الذي هو من سمات أهل الكويت ممن سبقونا في بناء و تنمية المجتمع منذ نشأة هذا البلد الطيب، وعملا بهذه القيم والعادات الأصيلة أنشئت مبرة خير الكويت بقرار وزاري رقم (266) في سنة 2007 علما بأن مبرة خير الكويت هي مؤسسة خيرية غير ربحية تقوم فكرتها على تعاون الأعضاء المنضمين للمبرة كمتطوعين مع المؤسسات الأهلية وا
لحكومية لتقديم دعم مادي ومعنوي لشرائح من المجتمع بحاجة إلى تضافر كافة الجهود لتقديم المساعدة لها وذلك في ضوء الظروف الاجتماعية السلبية التي تعيشها والقيام بالأعمال الإنسانية والمشروعات التي تعود بالنفع على المجتمع
الهدف العام
تعزيز دور العمل التطوعي في بناء المجتمع الكويتي وذلك من خلال تكافل أفراد المجتمع في دعم ورعاية المرضى و نزلاء دور الرعاية الاجتماعية التابعة لوزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل وذلك بهدف توفير البيئة الاجتماعية الملائمة لهم والمساهمة في تحسين أوضاعهم
الخطة العامة
استقطاب اهتمام كافة أفراد المجتمع وتحفيز أكبر عدد من الراغبين للتطوع في أعمال المبرة
الاستعانة بذوي الخبرة والاختصاص من داخل الكويت أو خارجها لتقديم الاستشارات ذات الصلة وفقا لبرامج المبرة التنفيذية
القيام بمسح عام ودراسة تفصيلية لأوضاع دور الرعاية الاجتماعية بهدف تحديد المشاكل و جوانب النقص تمهيدا لصياغة البرامج التنفيذية اللازمة (التربوية والتعليمية والنفسية والاجتماعية والمادية)
إعداد الدراسات الخاصة بالظواهر السلبية في المجتمع ذات العلاقة المرتبطة بالفئات المستهدفة ورفع التوصيات التي تكفل الحد من تلك الظواهر أو معالجتها لذوي الاختصاص
مراجعة كافة التشريعات والقوانين واللوائح التنظيمية المتعلقة بنزلاء دور الرعاية الاجتماعية واقتراح التوصيات بشأنها إلى الجهات المختصة
جمع التبرعات لإعداد برامج تنموية و دورات تدريبية و تنفيذ المشاريع اللازمة
Our Mission
To supplement the role of volunteer work in the development of Kuwaiti society by way of social solidarity achieved through the support and sponsorship of the infirm, the orphans and the senior citizens residing in social benefit homes belonging to the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, with the aim of providing the suitable social environment to these segments of society and improving their living conditions. Our Strategic Goals
1- To serve Kuwaiti society and instill the principles of charitable volunteer work.
2- To extend a bridge of cooperation between private and government efforts in community services.
3- To develop understanding and social awareness in dealing with the targeted segments of society.
4- To work with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor to improve services offered to residents of social benefit homes.
5- To study the negative phenomena in society and propose solutions therefor. Our General Strategy
1- To draw the attention of all members of society and to encourage the greatest number of volunteers in the Foundation’s work.
2- To seek the assistance of experts and specialists from Kuwait and abroad to propose related suggestions in accordance with the Foundation’s executive programs.
3- To conduct a general survey and a detailed study of the social benefit homes in Kuwait to identify the shortcomings and problems, in order to suggest the necessary remedial programs, including educational, behavioral, psychological, social and financial programs.
4- To prepare specialized studies on the negative social phenomena related to particular segments of society and make recommendations on methods to end the negative perceptions of these segments.
5- To review all laws and regulations related to residents of social benefit homes and make associated recommendations to the concerned authorities.
6- To raise contributions to fund development programs, training sessions and necessary programs
