🌙 مراتب صيام عاشوراء 🌙

قال الشيخ ابن عثيمين رحمه الله:

ذكر بعض أهل العلم كابن القيم وغيره أن صيام عاشوراء ثلاثة أقسام:

🔹 القسم الأول:
أن يصوم عاشوراء والتاسع، وهذا أفضل الأنواع.

🔹 القسم الثاني:
أن يصوم عاشوراء والحادي عشر، وهذا دون الأول.

🔹 القسم الثالث:
أن يصوم عاشوراء وحده، فكرهه بعض العلماء؛ لأن النبي ﷺ أمر بمخالفة اليهود، ورخّص فيه بعض العلماء.

🌙 Levels of Fasting on Ashura 🌙

📖 Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen (رحمه الله) said:

Some scholars, such as Ibn al-Qayyim and others, mentioned that fasting on Ashura has three levels:

🥇 First Level
🌿 To fast on the 9th and 10th of Muharram.
⭐ This is the best and most virtuous way.

🥈 Second Level
🌿 To fast on the 10th and 11th of Muharram.
⭐ This is less virtuous than the first level.

🥉 Third Level
🌿 To fast only on the 10th of Muharram (Ashura).
⭐ Some scholars considered this disliked because the Prophet ﷺ instructed Muslims to differ from the Jews, while other scholars permitted it.
