Now, they are beginning their activities with great energy, working together to improve the ICT education environment in schools across Ghana and strengthen the IT capacities of students and teachers.

A small change is beginning in Uganda 🌍

Through the Uganda IT Capacity-Building Project Volunteer Program,
✔ computers and software are provided,
✔ training in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is conducted
✔ and smartphone usage training is also included
This is not just about teaching technical skills

The key goal is to help local government officials organize data on their own
and manage projects in a more systematic and effective way

These changes improve administrative efficiency

the Canaan Global Leadership Center (CGLC) in the first half of 2026!

While studying Agricultural Economics,
Gaeun developed an interest in the entire agricultural process—
from production to distribution.

At CGLC, she is currently supporting
the Ghana Project, the KOBOCO project,

Food security refers to a state in which all people, at all times, have access to sufficient, safe, and nutritious food to maintain a healthy life.

It goes beyond simply asking, “Is there enough food?”
It also considers:
✔ Sufficient food supply
✔ Reducing loss and waste in the distribution process
✔ Sustainable food production

📌 Food security consists of four key dimensions:
1⃣ Food Availability
2⃣ Food Access
3⃣ Food Stability
4⃣ Food Utilization

📊 Global food insecurity remains a serious issue.
In 2022, about 30% of the world’s population experienced food insecurity.
In Africa, about 60% of people faced food insecurity,
and Latin America has seen an increase in food crises since the COVID-19 pandemic.

Food insecurity is not simply about hunger.
It is closely connected to poverty, climate change, agriculture, and nutrition, making it a global challenge.

Canaan Global Leadership Center also continues its international cooperation efforts to address food security by promoting sustainable agriculture and strengthening community capacity. ✨
