As an official IFWY 2025 Final Conference partner, Debate Korea designed and operated every private session program. From DAY0 to DAY3, Debate Korea carefully crafted each part of the program to help youth leaders achieve the best outcomes.

On DAY3, the young leaders who had traveled together for six months stood at a turning point shaped entirely by their own choices and courage, followed by Private Session 8(Drafting Rport) and 9(Peer Evaluation).

What unfolded was not procedural formality but a vivid display of global citizenship growing in real time—where perspectives converged, responsibilities were acknowledged, and a shared purpose became unmistakably clear.

The participants refined their collective voice with intention, proving that they are fully capable of defining their own representation and holding one another to the standards of genuine leadership.

Through their final decisions and peer-voting, they showed how trust is built, how accountability emerges, and how a community can choose its direction from within.

DAY3 did not signal a closure. It revealed that youth-led global governance is a functioning reality shaped by those who dare to lead it.

비공개세션 8(글로벌 청년 정책 제안 발표) 이후 이어진 비공개세션 9(상호 평가)가 진행된 DAY3는 전 세계 청년 리더들이 지난 여섯 달 동안 쌓아온 모든 여정을 하나의 결심으로 모아 올리는 순간이었습니다.

이 날의 공간에는 단순한 보고나 절차가 아니라, 각자의 경험이 서로를 향해 열리고 하나의 방향으로 엮여가는 새로운 세계 시민의 감각이 살아 움직이는 현장이었습니다.

청년들은 자신들의 목소리를 정제하고, 서로의 가능성을 증명하며, “우리는 스스로를 대표할 수 있다”는 사실을 행동으로 보여주었습니다.

그리고 마침내, 청년들 스스로가 서로를 평가하고 민주적으로 선택하는 과정을 통해 책임 있는 리더십을 직접 증명했습니다.

DAY3는 끝을 선언하지 않았습니다. 오히려, 청년이 이끄는 글로벌 거버넌스가 더 이상 이상이 아닌 실천 가능한 구조임을 명확히 드러내고 선언한 새로운 날이었습니다.

As an official IFWY 2025 Final Conference partner, Debate Korea designed and operated every private session program. From DAY0 to DAY3, Debate Korea carefully crafted each part of the program to help youth leaders achieve the best outcomes.

DAY2 was the moment when the potential of the IFWY Final Conference began to take tangible form. During Private Session 7(Global List of Recommendations Drafting), Explorers from across the world aligned their perspectives, refining ideas gathered over months into a coherent and collective vision.

Rather than simply working side by side, participants demonstrated how youth can actively shape international agendas through deliberate, thoughtful collaboration.

Different realities, challenges, and hopes met in one room, and from that convergence emerged a blueprint where global policy was reimagined through the voices and thinking of young leaders.

DAY2 ultimately became the day when the confidence placed in global youth translated into concrete proposals and a unified direction for the future.

이 과정은 단순한 협업을 넘어, 청년 스스로가 국제 아젠다를 설계하고 이끌어갈 수 있음을 입증하는 장면이었습니다.

As an official IFWY 2025 Final Conference partner, Debate Korea designed and operated every private session program. From DAY0 to DAY3, Debate Korea carefully crafted each part of the program to help youth leaders achieve the best outcomes.

On DAY0, one day before the official conference, Explorers joined an orientation, networking activities, and Private Sessions 1 (Regional Summary) and 2 (Speakers List: Regional Synthesis).

1️⃣ Regional Summary
Explorers reviewed and presented key policy recommendations from the six regional dialogues. By consolidating these outcomes, youth leaders explored ways to deepen mutual understanding across regions and themes.

2️⃣ Speakers List: Regional Synthesis
Explorers shared insights from their experiences and regional dialogues, helping synthesize regional perspectives at a global level. This time, the Speakers List was not first-come-first-served; speakers were selected through peer recognition. This encouraged participants to listen to one another and helped shape a shared regional vision.

✨ What started in July 2025 in São Paulo(Brazil)—then moved through Bangkok(Thailand), Gaborone(Botswana), New York(USA), Geneva(Switzerland), and the Korean Dialogue Without Borders(South Korea)—finally landed in Seoul for the unforgettable IFWY 2025 Final Conference!

🌎 Starting from October 26 to 29, for four incredible days, 150 young leaders from 63 countries and six regions came together with unstoppable energy. The passion, collaboration, and camaraderie they brought to the space were nothing short of electric.

🚀 This Final Conference wasn’t just the end of a global journey—it was the launchpad for what comes next. Youth delegates shared the outcomes of the six regional dialogues, adopted the “IFWY 2025 Eunpyeong Declaration,” and mapped out bold directions for future global cooperation.

🌍 What is IFWY?
The International Forum “We, the Youth” (IFWY) is a global platform co-organized by United Nations Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD) and Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation (MBC), with Debate Korea helping design and shape the forum structure to put youth leadership at the center.

IFWY invites youth to unite for our sustainable future. Youth will lead every step of the forum, co-creating solutions, engaging in debate, and influencing global policies.

비영리단체 디베이트 코리아는 한국에 전반적인 토론 교육의 증진을 통해 글로벌 시대에 맞는 인재를 육성하고 토론이 활성화된 성숙한 사회를 만드는데 기여하는 단체를 목표로 합니다. 주요 사업으로는 아시아 최대 규모 국제영어토론대회 을 매년 개최하며, 주요 토론 대회 주최, 후원 및 다양한 토론교육 및 토론프로그램을 진행하고 있습니다. 2014년 1월부터 매년 진행해왔던 을 전국적인 규모로 확장하여 명실상부 국내 최고의 영어토론대회 자리매김하게 하고, 등 향후 다수의 시·도 지자체 및 정부 기관과 함께 다양한 토론 대회 및 토론 프로그램을 개최하여 궁극적으로 한국의 공교육 시스템에 토론 과정을 추가할 것입니다.
