Last Monday, May 4th, PSCORE hosted Mr. Joh Kyeongil, a North Korean defector, for a discussion event together with the German organisation Technische Jugendfreizeit- und Bildungsgesellschaft (TJFBG) at our office in Seoul.

Mr. Joh shared his experiences of life in North Korea and his journey to South Korea, followed by a thoughtful discussion with the participants. We thank everyone for joining us and contributing to this meaningful exchange.

Following repeated accusations by U.S. authorities regarding alleged cyber activities linked to North Korea, a spokesperson from the DPRK’s Foreign Ministry publicly responded to these claims.

In the statement, the DPRK rejects allegations of involvement in cybercrime and describes them as politically motivated.
