1. 동북아시아 평화는 세계 인류평화의 전제조건이며, 동북아평화는 평화를 염원하는 동북아시아 제시민들의 긴밀한 연대를 통하여 가능할 수 있다. 동북아평화공동체 건설을 위하여 한민족이 앞장서서 동북아평화시민네트워크를 구축한다.

2. 민족간 억압, 차별, 소외가 없는 동북아공동체를 위하여 한민족을 비롯한 여러 민족들이 힘을 합쳐 소외되고 낙후된 지역의 발전의 모델을 만들어 낸다.

3. 남북 한민족과 700만 재외동포의 숙원인 민족통일의 초석이 된다. 이를 위하여 민간차원에서 남북 화해와 협력을 추동할 수 있도록 한반도를 둘러싸고 있는 조선족, 고려인, 재일동포사회의 화해와 협력, 공동 번영의 모델을 창출한다.
