✔ 대회 신청은 5월 12일 오후 1시에 시작되며, 각 부문이 열리는 요일의 파티 패스 이상 소지자에게 출전 자격이 주어집니다.
✔ 모든 Mixed 부문은 45커플 정원이며, 예선은 최대 3개의 히트로 나뉩니다.
✔ Balboa Mixed 부문은 중복 출전이 가능하나, 결승에서는 상위 레벨 한 부문에서만 출전할 수 있습니다. 단, 역할이 다를 경우 두 부문 출전이 가능합니다.
✔ 토요일 Bal&Hop Cup Mixed 우승 커플은 일요일 Invitational Swing Mixed에 초청됩니다.
✔ 결제된 출전권은 6월 30일까지 취소 가능하며, 이후에는 페스티벌 홈페이지를 통해 양도만 가능합니다.

BAL&HOP 2026 hosts a variety of swing dance contests featuring top dancers and judges from around the world. The contests are organized in various levels and categories, allowing dancers to showcase their skills and connect with others.

✔ Competition registration opens on May 12 at 1 PM. Eligibility requires a Party Pass (or higher) for the day of the division.
✔ All Mixed divisions are limited to 45 couples, with preliminaries divided into up to three heats.
✔ In Balboa Mixed divisions, multiple entries in the same role are allowed; however, finalists may compete in only one (the higher-level) division. Dancers may compete in two divisions if they perform different roles.
✔ Winners of the Saturday Bal&Hop Cup Mixed are invited to compete in the Sunday Invitational Swing Mixed.
✔ Paid competition entries are refundable until June 30. After that date, transfers are only available through the Festival website.

Dancers

올해부터 BAL&HOP에 새로운 대회 부문인 **Slow**가 신설되었습니다. 발보아, 린디합, 블루스, 솔로 재즈 등 느린 템포로 출 수 있는 춤이라면 어떤 장르든 참여할 수 있습니다.한 가지 장르로만 춰도 좋고, 여러 장르를 섞어 표현해도 괜찮습니다.

Starting this year, BAL&HOP is introducing a new competition category: Slow
Any dance style that can be performed at a slower tempo is welcome, including Balboa, Lindy Hop, Blues, Solo Jazz, and more.
You can stick to a single style or mix multiple genres—it’s completely up to you.
At BAL&HOP, you’re free to express yourself and dance at any tempo.
