Welcoming Jack Cha as Founding Chair of SingCham Korea’s Real Estate Committee 👏

SingCham Korea is pleased to announce the appointment of Jack Cha as Founding Chair of the SingCham Korea Real Estate Committee.

The newly established Real Estate Committee will serve as a practical platform for real estate-related conversations, connections, and collaboration between Singapore and Korea, bringing together stakeholders across real estate development, investment, hospitality, workspace, advisory, market entry, and related business sectors.

Through the committee, we hope to support more focused engagement among developers, investors, operators, advisors, service providers, Singapore-linked companies, and Korean partners who are active in or exploring opportunities across the real estate ecosystem.

We look forward to working closely with Jack as he helps shape this new committee and creates meaningful opportunities for business connections, industry insights, and future collaboration.

Please join us in congratulating Jack on his appointment and welcoming him as the Founding Chair of SingCham Korea’s Real Estate Committee!

We were especially pleased to have our Singcham Chairman Justin Yong and the Singapore Ambassador to the Republic of Korea Kai Jiun Wong featured, sharing their perspectives on the community and the meaningful connections between our two countries.
