“Hanseo International Red Cross youth” is a student consisting university club which aims at promoting and spreading humanitarianism as the ideal of the Red Cross. The foreign RCY students have been invited by Hanseo University on a four years scholarship which includes tuition fees and dormitory expenses. Since 2001, the year the youth scholarship program started ,twenty four student have graduat

ed and they are actively taking part in various social activities organized by their Red Cross. Today HUIRCY became a leading and only organization which carry out various of activities and benefiting all the students of University.
