서귀포시남자단기청소년쉼터는 함께 사는 세상에서 따뜻한 사람이 되자는 뜻으로 ‘하랑’으로 명칭을 정하고 2017년 1월 2일 개소하였습니다.

서귀포 가출 남자청소년들을 위한 단기시설로써 협력기관 등을 거쳐 입소한 청소년들의 심리․정서 상담지원, 사례관리를 통한 연계를 핵심으로 하는 쉼터입니다.

가출청소년 문제해결을 위한 상담·치료 및 예방 활동, 의식주 등의 보호서비스를 제공함으로 가정 및 사회복귀를 목표로 합니다.
