Master Anthony Li (CHKTTA), Chairman, has served as a training instructor for the Hong Kong Sports Inclusion Ambassador for three consecutive years, sharing insights on the development of para-taekwondo, martial arts for persons with disabilities, and wheelchair martial arts in Hong Kong.
Since 2004, he founded the Hong Kong Wheelchair Martial Arts Association to provide a platform for persons with disabilities in Hong Kong to practice martial arts. The association also trains both able-bodied and disabled individuals as coaches, promoting "Inclusion of Persons with and without Disabilities" through martial arts.

An official grading was held at the Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) of the Russian Federation for belt levels up to and including 4th Dan. In addition, colleagues from Armenia also successfully completed their grading as part of today’s event.

ITF 4th Dan Certification Conferred at the MITF Annual General Meeting

On 12 July 2025, during the Annual General Meeting hosted by the MITF Headquarters, a practitioner representing ITF HQ Korea was formally awarded the International Taekwon-Do Federation 4th Dan Certificate.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the MITF Headquarters and all committee members for organizing this special event with professionalism and dedication.
We also express our special gratitude to Dato Shah, President, for his leadership and support.

Appreciation for the Hong Kong HQ Delegation’s Visit to Korea

We extend our sincere appreciation to Mr. Li On Tung, Chairman of the Hong Kong HQ, as well as Mr. Chan (VII Dan) and Mr. Law Wai Lun “Ronald” (VII Dan), together with the executive members, for their meaningful visit to the Republic of Korea.

During our meetings, we held substantive discussions on:

1. the development of Taekwon-Do in Hong Kong and coordinated plans for expansion into Mainland China; and

2. policies and practical measures to broaden training opportunities for persons with disabilities.

Building on these discussions, we look forward to a close and results-oriented partnership with ITF Headquarters Korea and to many shared achievements in the near future.

The visit also coincided with the schedule of an official Tul Tour delegation visiting from the United Kingdom, allowing us to share fraternity as we experienced the birthplace of Taekwon-Do together.

Once again, we express our gratitude and reaffirm our commitment to mutual growth in service of the global Taekwon-Do community.

Launch of ITF HQ Korea Digital Administrative System & Policy Updates (2025)

Starting in the second half of September 2025,
ITF Headquarters Korea will officially launch Phase 1 of its Digital Administrative Website.
This new platform will bring greater transparency, efficiency, and professionalism to all communications and administrative processes for members and affiliated bodies worldwide.

It also marks the beginning of newly updated operational policies aligned with global standards and accountability.

Key Features of the New System

Registration of dojangs, clubs, and schools

Individual member registration and profile access

Online application and verification of certificates

Public listing of officially registered organizations

Only officially affiliated dojangs, clubs, and associations will be introduced on this platform.
All administrative processes, including applications and approvals, will be managed exclusively through the digital system.

Updated Membership & Affiliation Policy

Starting in 2025:

All dojangs, clubs, and schools must be affiliated for a minimum term of two years

Individual members may apply directly or through their affiliated institution

All certificate applications must be submitted only via the official website

Existing affiliations remain valid under their current terms until expiration.
Expired affiliations must be reviewed and renewed by contacting the HQ in advance.

Event Hosting & Approval Policy

All associations and organizations must obtain official approval from ITF HQ Korea before hosting national or international events.
The only body authorized to grant such approval is the HQ Secretariat in Korea.
No individual may grant approval independently.
Any misuse of the HQ's name or status will be dealt with firmly.

Unauthorized Use of Logo, Seal & False Seminars

We have identified individuals and organizations who have:

Used the ITF HQ Korea logo or seal without authorization

Promoted seminars as if they were official HQ certification courses

Claimed to be officially affiliated with the HQ

Illegally issued certificates bearing the HQ's mark

Such actions are serious violations of our intellectual property and organizational integrity.
Strict legal and administrative actions will be taken against any such misuse, including unauthorized use of the logo or seal.

If you received any certificate with the ITF HQ Korea logo or seal in 2024 or 2025,
please contact the HQ immediately via WhatsApp or email for verification.

Official Registration Required

Only officially affiliated and certified dojangs, clubs, and national associations will be listed on the new digital administrative platform.

Organizations that are not officially registered are strictly prohibited from using the Federation’s name, logo, or seal in any form.

Before participating in any seminar, certification course, or event, please verify whether the host is officially affiliated with ITF HQ Korea.

The Federation does not recognize and bears no responsibility for any certificate issued by unauthorized or unofficial groups.
