최근 밝혀진 인플루언서와 소속사와의 계약 실태는 저작권 독점, 사생활 감시, 활동 통제 등 인플루언서 산업의 민낯을 드러냈습니다.

이는 개인의 판단 착오가 아닌, 사회 초년생의 취약함을 악용한 산업 전반의 구조적 결함입니다.

사단법인 글로벌인플루언서협회(진콘)는 본 사안을 심각한 권익 침해로 규정하며, 인플루언서들을 착취하여 성장을 저해하는 모든 악습을 결코 좌시하지 않겠습니다.

진콘은 부당한 계약 타파와 인플루언서의 권익 보호를 위해 끝까지 연대하고 함께 행동할 것입니다.

[Statement] Calling for Fair Contracting and Institutional Framework in the Influencer Industry

The recent revelations regarding contracts between influencers and agencies have exposed the dark reality of the industry, including copyright monopolies, private surveillance, and excessive control over activities.

This is not a matter of individual misjudgment, but a structural flaw of the entire industry that exploits the vulnerability of those just starting their careers.

Global Influencer Association(GINCON) defines this situation as a grave violation of rights. We will not stand by as exploitative practices hinder the growth of influencers.

GINCON will stand in solidarity and take decisive action to break down unfair contracts and protect the rights of influencers until the very end.

The Digital Detox Forest Healing Camp,
co-hosted by GINCON (Global Influencers Network Association)
and the healing space Cheongrium,
was successfully held on June 8th!

8 influencers stepped away from screens,
immersing themselves in the forest, scent therapy, meditation,
and self-reflection.
They embraced the quiet,
rediscovered balance, and recharged their minds and bodies.

"The farther you step from digital noise, the closer you get to your true self."

This was the 8th program by GINCON,
as part of their ongoing digital detox campaign since 2022.
The goal? To help MZ generation influencers build healthier relationships with digital life.

GINCON plans to expand these programs
so that more people can join this meaningful journey offline.
Sometimes, switching off is the best way to truly connect. 🌱

‘디지털 디톡스 산림치유 캠프’가 지난 6월 8일 성공적으로 마무리되었습니다!

디지털 기기에서 벗어나
숲과 향기, 명상 속에서 나 자신을 온전히 마주한 8인의 인플루언서들.
이틀 동안 스마트폰 없이 자연을 느끼며
몸과 마음을 다시 채우는 특별한 시간을 보냈습니다.

"디지털에서 잠시 멀어질수록, 진짜 나와 가까워집니다."

이 캠프는 진콘이 2022년부터 진행 중인
디지털 과의존 문제 해결 캠페인의 일환으로,
이번이 벌써 8번째 프로그램이었어요.
