SEM international

SEM international SEM International SEM is a charity organization established in 1995 by several scientist volunteers to help and support international friends living in Daejeon.

SEM is devided into three groups: University Group, Daedeok Innopolis Group and Inmates Group organizing various events and programs appropriate for each participant, including people at international prisons. We have more than 150 volunteers in 20 classes teaching languages and supporting various programs. You can enjoy learning Korean/English with native speakers in a tutorial fashion. Making in

ternational friends and sharing information. Participating various cultural and educational activities such as Korean language Test, outdoor activities and International Festival. Join us for happy hours in Korea!

타문화권의 외국인 과학 기술자, 유학 및 연구차 온 외국인 학생, 교수 및 이들의 가족들과 교도소의 외국인 재소자들에게 한국의 문화와 미풍양속을 전하고 그들의 선한 이웃이 되어, 그들로 하여금 한국, 한국인, 한국문화에 대한 호감을 갖고 국제사회에서 한국의 위상을 높이는데 기여하도록 도와주는 것을 목적으로 한다.
