Kyoto Smart City Expo has been held annually since 2014 as an international event to create new smart city innovations at Keihanna Science City, a world-class research and development-oriented open innovation hub.
In 2024, Kyoto Smart City Expo will continue to introduce the latest technologies and services related to smart cities, as well as promote business exchanges starting from the Science City through seminars and symposiums.

ASPA Secretariat is pleasure to call for proposals for the for knowledge sharing and network building between STPs .
By hosting an ASPA Annual Conference, the host organization will become a regional stronghold of ASPA network and a board member of ASPA after the conference.

The main schedules of the host organization selection for the 29th ASPA Annual Conference are as follows:

1. Conference Date: October or November, 2026
2. Conference Location: The host organization’s decision
3. How to submit a proposal: By email at [email protected]
4. Submission period: ~ July 23, 2024
5. Presenter Notification Expected: Will be notified individually by email
6. Types of Presentations: At the host organization’s discretion.
7. NOTE :All the contents in proposal should be written only in English and also should meet all of the criteria listed in the guideline.

*The proposers are required to attend the upcoming the 42 nd ASPA Board of Directors Meeting which will be held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, in order to make a proposal presentation. The exact date & venue for the board meeting will be informed later.
**The ASPA organization members who have registered ASPA more than two years are qualified to host the ASPA Annual Conference.

The Unviersity of Tehran Science & Technology Park will be holding a workshop focused around the importance and role of innovative organizations in economic development and how many developed countries have tried to enhance the role of these organizations in their countries to reach development goals.

The expectations of the innovation system and the performance of governing institutions in the development of the innovation and technology ecosystem, the presentation of national and international evaluation models of the performance of technology parks and an evaluation and pathology of the business environment in the performance of technology parks are just some of the axes that will be discussed during the workshop.
⭐The workshop will take place on May 15, 2024 and is a dual-language event, with some parts being held in Persian.

The 4th STPIA National Conference, STPIA 2024, titled "Emerging Technologies, Innovative Organizations, Sustainable Development" will take place in Alborz, Iran, hosted by our colleagues at Alborz Science and Technology Park on the 6th & 7th of November.
