អង្គការ អ្នកក្សេត្រសាស្រ្ត និងពេទ្យសត្វគ្មានព្រំដែន (AVSF) បាននិងកំពុងរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី “ចំណេះដឹងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងការចុះបញ្ជីគណនេយ្យសម្រាប់សហគមន៍កសិកម្ម” ក្នុងរយៈពេល៣ថ្ងៃ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅសាលប្រជុំរបស់រដ្ឋបាលស្រុកត្រាំកក់ ខេត្តតាកែវ។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះមានអ្នកចូលសរុបចំនួន ១៩រូប (ស្រ្តី១១រូប) ដែលមកពីតំណាងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំសហគមន៍កសិកម្មចំនួន ៨ តំណាងអង្គការកសិករចំនួន ១ និងមន្រ្តីការិយាល័យអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគមន៍កសិកម្មនៃមន្ទីរកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទខេត្តតាកែវចំនួន ១ រូប។

តាមរយៈពេលវគ្គនេះ អ្នកចូលរួមបានយល់ដឹងអពីគោលការណ៍មូលដ្ឋាននៃគណនេយ្យ និងដំណើរការនៃការកត់ត្រា និងការចុះបញ្ជីគណនេយ្យរបស់សហគមន៍កសិកម្ម ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ការគ្រប់គ្រងសហគមន៍ឱ្យមានតម្លាភាព គណនេយ្យភាព និងប្រសិទ្ធភាព។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្រោមគម្រោង «សហគមន៍ឆ្នើម៖ គម្រោងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍកសិកម្មប្រកបដោយចីរភាព និងបរិយាបន្ននៅកម្ពុជា» ដែលទទួលបានការគាំទ្រថវិកាពីសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប និងអនុវត្តដោយអង្គការអ្នកក្សេត្រសាស្ត្រ និងពេទ្យសត្វគ្មានព្រំដែន (AVSF) សហការជាមួយសម្ព័ន្ធសហគមន៍កសិកម្មកម្ពុជា (C**A) និងអង្គការភ្នាក់ងារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងកសិកម្មជនបទ (READA)។

AVSF is conducting a three-day training course on “Financial Literacy and Accounting for Agricultural Cooperatives” from 15 to 17 September 2026 at the meeting hall of Tram Kak District Administration, Takeo Province. The training is attended by a total of 19 participants, including 11 women, comprising representatives of the leadership of 8 ACs, representatives of 1 Farmer Organization, and one officer from the Agricultural Cooperative Promotion Office of the Takeo Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.

Through this training, participants are gaining a better understanding of the basic principles of accounting, the process of recording financial transactions, and accounting record-keeping for Agricultural Cooperatives. The training aims to strengthen participants’ capacity in financial management and accounting practices, thereby promoting transparent, accountable, and effective management of Agricultural Cooperatives.

This event was organized under the “Sahakum Chhnaeum: Project for Strengthening Civil Society Organizations for Sustainable and Inclusive Agricultural Development in Cambodia”, funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by AVSF Cambodia in partnership with the Cambodian Agricultural Cooperative Alliance (C**A) and the Rural Economic and Agricultural Development Agency (READA).

បុគ្គលិកអង្គការអ្នកក្សេត្រសាស្ត្រ និងពេទ្យសត្វគ្មានព្រំដែន (AVSF) សហការរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំជាមួយ ជាមួយគណៈកម្មាធិការសហគមន៍កសិកម្មចំណារលើរីកចម្រើន ស្ថិតនៅភូមិល្ហុង ឃុំចំណារលើ ស្រុកស្ទោង ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បី៖

-បង្វឹកបន្តទៅលើគន្លឹះភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំសហគមន៍។
-វិភាគស្វត(SWOT) របស់សហគមន៍ ពិភាក្សាពីចំនុចខ្វះខាត និងចំនុចកែលម្អឬគន្លឹះដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគមន៍

កិច្ចប្រជុំបានប្រព្រឹត្តិទៅដោយរលូន និងមានការចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មពីគណៈកម្មាធិការសហគមន៍ចំនួន ១៥នាក់ និងមន្ត្រីកសិកម្មឃុំចំនួន ១នាក់។

On 8 September 2026, staff from AVSF collaborated with the Committee of the Chhnar Leu Rikchareun Agricultural Cooperative to organize a meeting in Lhong Village, Chamkar Leu Commune, Stoung District, Kampong Thom Province.

The meeting aimed to:
- Provide follow-up training on key principles of cooperative leadership.
- Conduct a SWOT analysis of the community, identify existing challenges, discuss areas for improvement, and explore strategies for future community development.

The meeting was conducted in a productive with the 12 of AC and a commune agricultural officer.

ថ្ងៃទី២៧ ដល់ទី២៨ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការអ្នកក្សេត្រសាស្ត្រ និងពេទ្យសត្វគ្មានព្រំដែន (AVSF) សហការជាមួយអង្គការភ្នាក់ងារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងកសិកម្មជនបទ (REDEA) បានរៀបចំដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សា និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍ ស្តីពី «ការដាំដុះបន្លែតាមបែបកសិអេកូឡូស៊ី» នៅសហគមន៍កសិកម្មពន្លឺថ្មីពេជ្រចិន្តា ស្ថិតនៅខេត្តបាត់ដំបង និង កសិករឆ្នើម ស្ថិតខេត្តប៉ៃលិន។ ក្នុងនោះអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ៥០នាក់ ដែលមកពីតំណាងសហភាព និងសហគមន៍កសិកម្មក្នុង ខេត្តសៀមរាប និង ឧត្តរមានជ័យ។

តាមរយៈទស្សនកិច្ចនេះ អ្នកចូលរួមបានរៀនសូត្រ និងសិក្សាស្វែងយល់ចំណេះដឹងថ្មីៗជាច្រើនដែលបានចែករំលែកដោយតំណាងសហគមន៍កសិកម្ម និងកសិករឆ្នើម រួមមាន៖
- បច្ចេកទេសដាំដុះដំណាំបន្លែនៅទីវាល និងការដាំដុះក្នុងផ្ទះសំណាញ់
- ការផលិតជីកំប៉ុស្ដ
- ការផលិតថ្នាំពុលធម្មជាតិសម្រាប់គ្រប់គ្រងសមាសភាពចង្រៃ
- ការដាំដំណាំបង្វិល
- របៀបរៀបចំល្បាយដីសម្រាប់បណ្ដុះកូនដំណាំ និងដំណើរការខ្សែប្រវាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គងបន្លៃទៅកាន់ទីផ្សារ ។

On 27-28 August 2026 organized by the Agronomes et Vétérinaires Sans Frontières (AVSF) and Rural Economic and Agriculture Development Agency (READA) hosted the exchange visit and knowledge sharing on “Agroecological Vegetable Farming Practices " that facilitate by REDEA to Ponleu Thmey Pich Chenda AC in Battambang and commercial farmer in Pailin province. There are 50 participants of AC, ACU leader from Siem Reap and Oddar Meanchey province.

Thought the exchange visit participant was learn and understand more from experience sharing of AC and commercial farmer relate with real practice on:
-The techniques to grow vegetables in open field and net house
-Composting
-Making natural pesticide for control pest
-Crop rotation
-Preparing soli media for seedling production and identify markets for selling vegetable.
