When a woman gains financial knowledge, the whole family can grow stronger 💛

Our Family Empowerment Project recently provided household financial management training to our women’s groups. The women shared their experiences and learned practical ways to manage daily expenses, plan their income, build emergency savings, and avoid harmful debt 💵

Our women were excited to learn about a topic that directly impacts their families and daily lives. We hope these new skills will bring greater financial security, confidence, and opportunities for their families🌱🤝🏽

611 students. Six schools.
Empowering young people with knowledge 💛

Our Elevate Program reached 611 students across six secondary schools in Sesan District, Stung Treng Province, with information that can help protect their health and future 📖

We explored menstrual health management, puberty, s*x education, personal hygiene, and online safety. This year, we’re also sharing an important message: “Together for a Cambodia free of human trafficking and online scams.”

Every young person deserves access to accurate information about their bodies, relationships, health, and the risks they may face. With the right knowledge, they are better equipped to make informed decisions, protect themselves, and build healthy futures 🌱

Our hope is that every student can recognise warning signs, stay safe, and know where to seek help if they need it 🇰🇭🙏🏽

One conversation can change a life.
One lesson can help protect a community 🫶🏽

We had the privilege of delivering an awareness session on human trafficking and safe migration to women in our target villages ⚠️

Our women learned how to:
• Recognise the signs of human trafficking.
• Understand the tactics traffickers use to deceive vulnerable people.
• Identify the impacts of human trafficking.
• Protect themselves and their families from exploitation.
• Understand the importance of safe and legal migration.
• Recognise the risks of unsafe migration and make informed, safe decisions.

Access to this knowledge can change lives. When women are equipped with the right information, they are better prepared to protect themselves, support their families, and share what they’ve learned with others in their communities 🌱🇰🇭

We are so excited to support the parents in our target communities! ❤️

Every child deserves the opportunity for a brighter future. While they may be born into poverty, education has the power to help break that cycle. This is the message we share with the parents we serve 📚🌱

Last week, our team conducted parent workshops across eight villages, helping parents understand the life changing power of education, especially for children growing up in rural communities affected by poverty. Together, we explored practical ways parents can encourage a love of learning and support their children’s growth both at home and at school👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🏫

By helping parents see the bigger picture, we hope they will continue to inspire, encourage, and invest in their children’s education and future 🌟

We are so grateful to our partners who stand with us in supporting rural children and families in Cambodia 🇰🇭💙

No woman should have to live in fear in her own home…

Recently, FEP facilitated a domestic violence awareness session for women in rural villages. While this is often a difficult topic to discuss, the women recognised the importance of learning about it and supporting one another within their communities 🫶🏽

Women courageously shared their personal experiences and encouraged one another as they explored practical ways to strengthen their families and respond to domestic violence. They learned how to recognise warning signs, prevent violence before it begins, and what steps they can take if it does occur.

By equipping women with knowledge and practical tools, we are helping them build safer, healthier homes while empowering them to support other women in their villages🏡👩🏽
