តាមរយះគម្រោង “កសាងភាពធន់សហគមន៍ជាមួយធនធានធម្មជាតិក្រោយវិបត្តិសង្គ្រាមព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ” ដែលអនុវត្តដោយអង្គការ គាំទ្រថវិកាដោយអង្គការ យើងបានសហការជាមួយមន្ទីរបរិស្ថានខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ ចុះយុទ្ធនាការអប់រំផ្សព្វផ្សាយអំពីក្រមបរិស្ថានដល់ប្រជាសហគមន៍ក្នុងភូមិតាម៉ាន ដែលស្ថិតក្នុងសហគមន៍តំបន់ការពារធម្មជាតិរតនៈរុក្ខាដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុប៧២នាក់ ស្រី៤៦នាក់។

ការផ្សព្វផ្សាយ «ក្រមបរិស្ថាន និងធនធានធម្មជាតិ» ដល់ប្រជាសហគមន៍ដែលរស់នៅជុំវិញតំបន់ការពារ មិនមែនគ្រាន់តែជាការយកច្បាប់ទៅប្រាប់ឱ្យបងប្អូនប្រជាជនខ្លាច ឬប្រាប់ពីទោសទណ្ឌប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែគឺជាការកសាងស្ពានរវាង «ច្បាប់» និង «ជីវភាពរស់នៅ» ដើម្បីឱ្យបងប្អូនប្រជាជនមើលឃើញថា ច្បាប់នេះបង្កើតឡើងដើម្បីការពារ «ឆ្នាំងបាយ» និងអនាគតកូនចៅរបស់បងប្អូនប្រជាសហគមន៍ដោយចេរភាព។ ដើម្បីឲ្យសម្រេចបាននូវគោលដៅនេះ បងប្អូនមិនត្រូវធ្វើត្រឹមជា «អ្នកអាស្រ័យផល» ប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ គឺត្រូវតែជា «ម្ចាស់ការពារ» ផងដែរ។

The best laws are not laws that scare people, but laws that people understand and are willing to implement to protect the future of all.

Through the project “Building Community Resilience with Natural Resources after the Cambodia-Thai Border War Crisis” implemented by and funded by , we collaborated with the Department of Environment of Oddar Meanchey Province to organized an educational campaign about the environmental code to the community in Taman Village, which is part of the Rattanak Rukkha Community Protected areas, with a total of 72 participants, 46 of whom were women.

Promoting the “Environmental and Natural Resources Code” to the community living around the protected areas is not just about using the law to scare people or tell them about the penalties, but it is about building a bridge between “laws” and “livelihoods” so that people can see that this law was created to protect the “rice bowl” and the future of the community’s children with determination. To achieve this goal, you must not only be “benefitters”, but also “protectors”.

🌿រួមគ្នាដើម្បីភាពគង់វង្សនៃធនធានធម្មជាតិ សម្រាប់ជាប្រយោជន៍សង្គមជាតិប្រកបដោយចីរភាព

ព្រៃឈើ ទឹក និងធនធានធម្មជាតិ មិនមែនជាមរតកដែលយើងទទួលបានពីបុព្វបុរសសម្រាប់តែប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងជំនាន់យើងប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែជាទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិដែលយើងត្រូវថែរក្សាការពារដើម្បីអាចទុកប្រើប្រាស់តជំនាន់។

ដើម្បីឱ្យសហគមន៍យើងមានភាពរីកចម្រើនប្រកបដោយចីរភាព យើងទាំងអស់គ្នាត្រូវតែប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់នូវគោលការណ៍ ៣ យ៉ាង៖

១-ការថែរក្សា គឺជាការការពារឆ្នាំងបាយ៖ ធនធានធម្មជាតិដែលគង់វង្ស គឺជាប្រភពប្រាក់ចំណូល និងជាខែលការពារសហគមន៍ពីគ្រោះធម្មជាតិ។ ការបំផ្លាញធម្មជាតិដើម្បីផលប្រយោជន៍រយៈពេលខ្លី នឹងនាំមកនូវវិបត្តិ និងភាពក្រីក្ររយៈពេលវែង។

២-សាមគ្គីភាព គឺជាកម្លាំងការពារ៖ ការពារធនធានធម្មជាតិ មិនមែនជាភារកិច្ចរបស់បុគ្គលម្នាក់ ឬអាជ្ញាធរតែម្ខាងឡើយ ប៉ុន្តែវាជាកាតព្វកិច្ចរួមរបស់សហគមន៍ទាំងមូល។ កាលណា «អ្នកជិតខាងរួមដៃគ្នា អ្នកភូមិរួមចិត្តគ្នា» នោះគ្មានអំណាច ឬសកម្មភាពខុសច្បាប់ណាអាចមកបំផ្លាញធនធានយើងបានឡើយ។

៣-ទាញយកផលដោយទទួលខុសត្រូវ៖ ការប្រើប្រាស់ធនធានធម្មជាតិត្រូវតែធ្វើឡើងដោយសមស្របតាមតម្រូវការ ដោយទុកលទ្ធភាពឱ្យធម្មជាតិអាចស្តារខ្លួនឡើងវិញ ដើម្បីធានាថា កូនចៅយើងនៅតែមានជម្រក និងមានប្រភពដើមទុនសម្រាប់ជីវិត។

ថ្ងៃទី២២ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការកែប្រែសហគមន៍ (CTO) សហការជាមួយមន្ទីរអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ និងការិយាល័យអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា ក្រុង/ស្រុក បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី ការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពគ្រូបង្រៀន ដែលរៀបចំឡើង នៅវិទ្យាល័យ ហ៊ុន សែន ឧត្តរមានជ័យ។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះមានការចូលរួមពី គ្រូបង្រៀនចំនួន ៣០នាក់ ក្នុងនោះស្រី ២៩នាក់ ដែលមកពី សាលាគោលដៅចំនួន ២៥សាលា ក្នុង ៣ក្រុង/ស្រុក។ កម្មវិធីត្រូវបានសម្របសម្រួល និងធ្វើបទបង្ហាញដោយ គ្រូឧទ្ទេសមកពីមន្ទីរអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡាខេត្ត និងការិយាល័យអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា ក្រុង/ស្រុក។

From July 22 to 24, 2026, Community Translation Organization (CTO), in collaboration with the Department of Education, Youth and Sports of Oddar Meanchey Province and the Municipal/District Education, Youth and Sports Offices, organized a training course on strengthening the capacity of teachers, which was held at Hun Sen Oddar Meanchey High School.

The training course was attended by 30 teachers, including 29 females, from 25 target schools in 3 cities/districts. The program was coordinated and presented by trainers from the Provincial Department of Education, Youth and Sports and the Municipal/District Education, Youth and Sports Offices.

The training course aims to strengthen the knowledge, skills and teaching methods of teachers to improve the quality of teaching and learning in line with educational standards and the needs of the target schools.

វេទិកានេះរៀបចំឡើងនៅសណ្ឋាគារ អង្គរប៉ារ៉ាឌី នៅថ្ងៃទី ២១-២៣ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដែលមានអ្នកចូលរួមជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំអង្គការដៃគូទាំង១៤ សរុប ១៨នាក់ ស្រី៧នាក់ ក្នុងគោលបំណង៖

២. ការកំណត់ទិសដៅអនាគតរួមគ្នា៖ រៀបចំផែនការ និងទិសដៅរួមគ្នាជាក់ស្តែង ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងបញ្ហាប្រឈមថ្មីៗ ដើម្បីធានាដល់ការរីកចម្រើនប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាពរវាងដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ រួមមានម្ចាស់ជំនួយ ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ក្នុងស្រុកដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ សម្រាប់សហគមន៍។

13th Executive Directors Forum

Community Translation Organization collaborates with Village Support Group Organization as the lead steering committee to organize the 13th Executive Directors Forum in partnership with the Local rights program project funded by ActionAid Cambodia
under the theme “Strong Together, Collected Leaders, Empowered Communities”
The forum was organized at Angkor Paradise Hotel on July 21-23, 2026, with a total of 18 participants, including 7 women, from 14 partner organizations, with the aim of:

1. Strengthening partnerships and working influence: Strengthening solidarity and joint mechanisms between ActionAid Cambodia and all LRP partners organizations to expand their influence in building community resilience, campaigning, and promoting sustainable development and community rights.
2. Setting a common future direction: Preparing concrete plans and common directions to respond to new challenges to ensure sustainable progress between development partners, including donors, relevant local development partners, and communities.
3. Study visit: Study the results of the CTO & VSG fundamental rights project and learn more about the living conditions, impacts and needs of citizens and refugees in the target communities.
4. Reflection and learning: Assess the progress of organizational development on budget mobilization, coherence of strategic plans, audit results, implementation and compliance with internal and donor policies, and addressing challenges to strengthen internal mechanisms

តាមរយះគម្រោង “កសាងភាពធន់សហគមន៍ជាមួយធនធានធម្មជាតិក្រោយវិបត្តិសង្គ្រាមព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ” ដែល អនុវត្តដោយអង្គការ គាំទ្រថវិកាដោយអង្គការ យើងបានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះនៃការធ្វើអាជីវកម្មដល់យុវជនចំនួន២៧រូប មកពីតាមវិទ្យាល័យ និងសហគមន៍គោលដៅគម្រោង ដែលរៀបចំឡើងនៅអាគារធនធាននៃវិទ្យាល័យឧត្តរមានជ័យ។

ការចាប់ផ្តើមអាជីវកម្មដំបូង តែងតែនាំមកនូវក្តីបារម្ភ និងសំណួរជាច្រើនក្នុងចិត្ត។ ប៉ុន្តែសូមចាំថា «គ្មាននរណាម្នាក់ចេះរកស៊ីតាំងពីកំណើតនោះទេ ហើយក៏គ្មានអាជីវកម្មអស្ចារ្យណាមួយដែលមិនធ្លាប់ឆ្លងកាត់ចំណុចសូន្យនោះដែរ»។

ប្រសិនបើអ្នកកំពុងស្ថិតក្នុងស្ថានភាពទាំងនេះ សូមផ្លាស់ប្តូរការគិតរបស់អ្នកជាថ្មី៖

• បើអ្នក «ខ្លាច»៖ ភាពភ័យខ្លាចជារឿងធម្មជាតិរបស់មនុស្សនៅពេលជួបអ្វីដែលថ្មី។ ប៉ុន្តែភាពភ័យខ្លាចនឹងរលាយបាត់ទៅវិញ នៅពេលដែលអ្នកជំនួសវាដោយការស្វែងយល់ និងការរៀបចំផែនការឱ្យបានច្បាស់លាស់។ ចូរប្រើប្រាស់ភាពភ័យខ្លាច ធ្វើជាត្រីវិស័យសម្រាប់ដាស់តឿនខ្លួនឯងឱ្យធ្វើដំណើរដោយភាពប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នខ្ពស់។

27 More Youths from High Schools and Communities Receive Foundational Business Skills Training

Through the project "Building Community Resilience with Natural Resources after the Cambodia-Thailand Border Conflict Crisis," implemented by the Cambodian Translation Organization (CTO) and funded by ActionAid Cambodia, we organized a training course on foundational business skills for 27 youths from targeted high schools and communities. The training took place at the Resource Building of Oddar Meanchey High School.

The purpose of this training course was to inspire, equip entrepreneurship skills, and provide business foundations to youths from high schools and targeted communities. This is a crucial response to help youths overcome psychological barriers—such as the mindset of lacking skills and capital—and turn toward opportunities to start small-scale or personal businesses to contribute to their family and national economies.

After completing this 2-day training course, all trainees received key business start-up tips as follows:

Starting a business for the first time always brings anxiety and many questions. But please remember: "No one is born knowing how to do business, and no great business has ever existed without starting from zero."

If you are facing these situations, please change your mindset:

• If you are "Afraid": Fear is natural for humans when encountering something new. However, fear will vanish when you replace it with understanding and clear planning. Use fear as a compass to remind yourself to move forward with high caution.
• If you think you "Don't Know How": It is never too late to learn. The training you have gone through is just the first foundation. Real knowledge comes through "practical application." If you don't know, dare to ask; if you don't understand, dare to try—because experience is the best teacher.
• If you think you "Have No Capital": The most important capital is not money, but creativity, knowledge, time, an undefeated heart, and hard work. Start small, utilize the resources you have in hand to their full potential, and financial capital will follow you later.

"Only by starting can we see the path to the destination." If you refuse to take the first step, you will spend your entire life watching others reach their goals. Doing business is one of the best choices that not only changes your destiny, but is also the only way to build sustainable wealth and contribute to society.

Keys to Success:
1. Dare to Start: Overcome fear and take the first step.
2. Act with Caution: Analyze the market, manage finances well, and do not take excessive risks.
3. Pay High Attention: Value your customers, maintain quality, and never give up halfway.

តាមរយះគម្រោង “កសាងភាពធន់សហគមន៍ជាមួយធនធានធម្មជាតិក្រោយវិបត្តិសង្គ្រាមព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ” ដែលអនុវត្តដោយអង្គការ គាំទ្រថវិកាដោយអង្គការ យើងបានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះនៃការធ្វើអាជីវកម្មដល់យុវជនចំនួន២៧រូប មកពីតាមវិទ្យាល័យ និងសហគមន៍គោលដៅគម្រោង ដែលរៀបចំឡើងនៅអាគារធនធាននៃវិទ្យាល័យឧត្តរមានជ័យ។

• ការរៀបចំផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ៖ សិក្ខាកាមយល់ដឹង និងមានសមត្ថភាពអាចរៀបចំជាពង្រាងផែនការអាជីវកម្ម (Business Plan) ដោយខ្លួនឯងបាន។
• ដំណោះស្រាយ និងការគ្រប់គ្រងហានិភ័យ៖ សិក្ខាកាមអាចដឹង និងយល់ដឹងពីវិធីសាស្ត្រគន្លឹះនានាក្នុងការប្រឈមមុខ និងដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាផ្សេងៗដែលកើតឡើងក្នុងអាជីវកម្ម។
• ការកសាងបណ្តាញទំនាក់ទំនង៖ សិក្ខាកាមមានឱកាសបានស្គាល់ម្ចាស់អាជីវកម្មផ្សេងទៀត អាចចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ទៅវិញទៅមក និងកសាងជាបណ្តាញសហការគ្នាដើម្បីធ្វើឱ្យអាជីវកម្មកាន់តែរីកចម្រើន។
• ការពង្រឹងទំនុកចិត្ត៖ សិក្ខាកាមត្រូវបានពង្រឹងទំនុកចិត្ត និងភាពក្លាហានក្នុងការសម្រេចចិត្ត ទាំងការរៀបចំផែនការ និងការដាក់ចេញនូវវិធានការចាំបាច់នានា ដើម្បីជម្រុញឱ្យអាជីវកម្មលេចចេញជារូបរាង និងដំណើរការប្រកបដោយជោគជ័យ។

27 youth from high schools and communities in Oddar Meanchey province received training in basic business skills

Through the project “Building Community Resilience with Natural Resources after the Cambodia-Thai Border War Crisis” implemented by CTO with funding from Actionaid Cambodia, we organized a training course on basic business skills for 27 youth from high schools and target communities, held at the resource building of Oddar Meanchey High School.

The training course was designed to inspire and equip youth from high schools and target communities with entrepreneurial skills and the basics of business. This is an important response to help them overcome mental barriers (such as thinking they lack skills and capital) and seize opportunities to create small businesses or their own businesses to contribute to the family and the national economy.

After completing the 2-day training course, all participants received and were able to achieve the following key results:

• Business idea generation and steps: Participants were able to make their business ideas come to life and clearly understood the basic steps in starting a business.
• Strategic Planning: Participants understand and are able to prepare a business plan on their own.
• Risk Resolution and Management: Participants can know and understand key methods to face and solve various problems that occur in business.
• Networking: Participants have the opportunity to meet other business owners, share experiences with each other, and build a collaborative network to make their business grow.
• Confidence Building: Participants are strengthened in their confidence and courage to make decisions, both in planning and implementing the necessary measures to promote the business to emerge and operate successfully.

The 2-day training course went smoothly and was very fruitful. The participants showed great dedication and commitment to applying this knowledge directly in their communities, which is a positive sign in building resilience and developing local economies in line with the main objectives of the project.

Training course on "Strengthening Good Governance in Schools" to Improve Education Quality and Inclusive

Through the project "Building Community Resilience with Natural Resources after the Cambodia-Thai Border War Crisis" funded by , Community Translation Organization (CTO) collaborated closely with the Samrong’ Municipality Office of Education, Youth and Sports to organized a 3-day training course (from July 1 to 3, 2026) for the principals of 25 targeted primary schools.

This important training course, with a total of 27 participants, was organized at the Samrong’ Municipality Office of Education, Youth and Sports, with the coordination and direct trained of experts from the Department of Education, Youth and Sports of Oddar Meanchey Province.

The core topics raised for study and discussion included:
1. Roles, duties and responsibilities of school principals: Strengthening the capacity for effective leadership and internal management of schools.
2. Roles, duties and responsibilities of village and commune authorities: Encouraging the participation and support of local authorities in the development of the education sector.
3. Roles, Responsibilities and Duties of School Management: Enhance collaboration between schools, communities and parents.

This training course aims to strengthen the sense of responsibility and capacity of key stakeholders in implementing the “Good School Governance” process. This is a solid foundation to ensure that every child in the target schools will receive a quality, equitable and inclusive education.
