កិច្ចប្រជុំបណ្តាញសហគមន៍អភិរក្សធនធានធម្មជាតិថ្នាក់តំបន់ខាងជើងបឹងទន្លេសាប

តបតាមការអញ្ជើញរបស់ក្រសួងបរិស្ថាន អង្គការកែប្រែសហគមន៍មានកិត្តិយសបានដឹកនាំសហគមន៍ពីខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ២រូបចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំ បណ្តាញសហគមន៍អភិរក្សធនធានធម្មជាតិថ្នាក់តំបន់ខាងជើងបឹងទន្លេសាប ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «រួមគ្នាអនុវត្តភាពបៃតង ដើម្បីឈានឆ្ពោះទៅសហគមន៍អព្យាក្រឹតកាបូន» ដែលរៀបចំឡើងនៅមន្ទីរបរិស្ថានខេត្តកំពង់ធំ នៅថ្ងៃទី ២៧ ដល់ ២៨ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។

កិច្ចប្រជុំមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ៧៥ នាក់ (មកពីនាយកដ្ឋានជំនាញ, មន្ទីរបរិស្ថានខេត្តកំពង់ធំ បន្ទាយមានជ័យ ឧត្តរមានជ័យ សៀមរាប និងព្រះវិហារ, សមាជិកគណៈកម្មការបណ្តាញសហគមន៍, ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងវិស័យឯកជន) ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម កែន សិរីរដ្ឋា អគ្គនាយកនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន និងជាប្រធានបណ្តាញថ្នាក់ជាតិ ។

គោលបំណងសំខាន់ៗនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំគឺ៖
• ជំរុញការចូលរួមអនុវត្ត «យុទ្ធសាស្រ្តចក្រាវិស័យបរិស្ថាន (២០២៣-២០២៨)» នៅក្នុងសហគមន៍តំបន់ការពារធម្មជាតិ ។
• ចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍លើការអនុវត្តជម្រើសមុខរបរនានា ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ជីវភាពប្រជាសហគមន៍ ។
• បង្កើនការយល់ដឹងពីទស្សនទាន «សហគមន៍អព្យាក្រឹតកាបូន» និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយគោលការណ៍ណែនាំអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគមន៍ទេសចរណ៍ធម្មជាតិ ។
• ពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហការ និងភាពជាដៃគូជាមួយដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងវិស័យឯកជន ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ផលិតផលសហគមន៍ ។

កិច្ចប្រជុំសម្រេចបាននូវលទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗដូចជា៖
• អ្នកចូលរួមទាំងអស់បានយល់ដឹងច្បាស់ពីយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រចក្រាវិស័យបរិស្ថាន និងទស្សនទានអព្យាក្រឹតកាបូន ព្រមទាំងអាចកំណត់សកម្មភាពជាក់ស្តែងទៅតាមស្ថានភាពសហគមន៍រៀងៗខ្លួន ។
• ទទួលបានមេរៀន បទពិសោធន៍ល្អៗលើការបង្កើតមុខរបរ និងការគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគមន៍ទេសចរណ៍ធម្មជាតិ ។
• បង្កើតបាននូវបណ្តាញទំនាក់ទំនង និងកិច្ចសហការកាន់តែជិតស្និទ្ធរវាងសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន មន្ទីរជំនាញ ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងក្រុមហ៊ុនឯកជន ក្នុងការជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍបៃតង និងនិរន្តរភាពបរិស្ថាន ។

Community Protected Area Network in the Northern Tonle Sap Region Meeting

At the invitation of the Ministry of Environment, CTO had the honor of leading two community committees from Oddar Meanchey Province to participate in the meeting of the Community Protected Area Network in the Northern Tonle Sap Region under the theme “Together, Implement Greening to Move Towards a Carbon-Neutral Community” held at the Kampong Thom Provincial Department of Environment on May 27-28, 2026.

The meeting was attended by a total of 75 participants (from specialized departments, the Provincial Departments of Environment of Kampong Thom, Banteay Meanchey, Oddar Meanchey, Siem Reap and Preah Vihear, members of the Community Network Committee, development partners and the private sector) under the chairmanship of HE Ken Sereyratha, Director General of the General Department of Local Communities and President of the National Network.

The main objectives of the meeting were:
• Promote participation in the implementation of the “Environmental Sector Chakra Strategy (2023-2028)” in nature protected area communities.
• Share experiences on implementing various career options to improve the livelihoods of community members.
• Increase understanding of the concept of “carbon neutral communities” and disseminate guidelines for the development of ecotourism communities.
• Strengthen collaboration and partnership with development partners and the private sector to promote community products.

The meeting achieved the following key results:
• All participants clearly understood the environmental sector cycle strategy and the carbon neutral concept and were able to determine practical actions according to the situation of their respective communities.
• Gained lessons and good experiences on creating jobs and managing ecotourism community development projects.
• Established closer communication and collaboration networks between local communities, specialized departments, development partners and private companies in promoting green development and environmental sustainability.

កិច្ចប្រជុំមាតាបិតា អាណាព្យាបាល និងសហគមន៍សាលារៀនបឋមសិក្សាពោធិវង្ស

អង្គការកែប្រែសហគមន៍ (CTO) ក្រោមការគាំទ្រថវិកាពីអង្គការអាក់សិនអេតកម្ពុជា (ActionAid Cambodia) បានគាំទ្រ និងចូលរួមសម្របសម្រួលកិច្ចប្រជុំមាតាបិតា អាណាព្យាបាល និងសហគមន៍សាលារៀនបឋមសិក្សាពោធិវង្ស។ ដោយមានសមាសភាពចូលរួមពី គណៈគ្រប់គ្រងសាលា, អាជ្ញាធរឃុំ, លោកគ្រូ-អ្នកគ្រូ, មាតាបិតា/អាណាព្យាបាលសិស្ស និងសហគមន៍សាលារៀន ហើយរៀបចំឡើងនៅសាលាបឋមសិក្សាពោធិវង្ស (ស្ថិតនៅសង្កាត់បន្សាយរាក់ ក្បែរតំបន់អតីតសមរភូមិប្រយុទ្ធនៃជម្លោះព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ)។ កិច្ចប្រជុំមានគោលបំណង៖
• ពង្រឹងកិច្ចសន្ទនា៖ បង្កើតការជជែកពិភាក្សាក្នុងន័យស្ថាបនារវាងសហគមន៍សាលារៀន និងគណៈគ្រប់គ្រងសាលា ។
• ដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈម៖ បង្កើតឱកាសលើកឡើងនូវបញ្ហានានា ដើម្បីរួមគ្នាដោះស្រាយដោយស្មារតីទទួលខុសត្រូវ ម្ចាស់ការ និងការជឿទុកចិត្តគ្នា ។
• បង្កើនកិច្ចសហការ៖ ជម្រុញនិងពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងកិច្ចសហការឱ្យកាន់តែជិតស្និទ្ធរវាងសហគមន៍ និងសាលារៀន
• គៀរគរធនធាន៖ ស្វែងរក និងប្រមូលធនធាននានា ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍសាលារៀន និងរួមចំណែកបំពេញតម្រូវការខ្វះខាតបន្ថែមពីលើរដ្ឋ ។

ទោះបីជាមានបទឈប់បាញ់គ្នាចាប់តាំងពីចុងខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក៏ដោយ ក៏ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅក្នុងសហគមន៍នៅតែរស់នៅក្នុងការភ័យខ្លាច និងព្រួយបារម្ភ ដែលប៉ះពាល់ដល់ប្រក្រតីភាពសហគមន៍ ជាពិសេសការសិក្សារបស់កុមារ ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងជំរុញកសាងភាពធន់របស់សហគមន៍ តាមរយៈការប្រើប្រាស់ធនធានក្នុងសហគមន៍ និងពង្រឹងយន្តការអភិបាលកិច្ចសាលារៀនដែលមានស្រាប់ ។ នៅក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សា អង្គប្រជុំបានលើកឡើងនូវបញ្ហាប្រឈមសំខាន់ៗ និងមានការដោះស្រាយបំភ្លឺដូចខាងក្រោម៖
• បញ្ហាអវត្តមាន និងការសិក្សារបស់សិស្ស៖
បញ្ហា៖ លោកគ្រូនាយកបានលើកឡើងថា មានសិស្សឈប់រៀនច្រើន និងរៀនខ្សោយ ។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនោះ អាណាព្យាបាលមួយចំនួនមិនសូវបានជួយជំរុញកូនៗឱ្យមកសាលារៀននោះទេ ។
• បញ្ហាគ្រូបង្រៀនថ្នាក់ទី៥៖
 បញ្ហា៖ អាណាព្យាបាលបានរាយការណ៍ថា លោកគ្រូថ្នាក់ទី៥ ឈប់សម្រាកច្រើនដោយគ្មានដំណឹង ដែលធ្វើឱ្យប៉ះពាល់ដល់ការរៀនសូត្ររបស់សិស្ស ។
 ការដោះស្រាយ៖ លោកគ្រូថ្នាក់ទី៥ បានឡើងបកស្រាយបំភ្លឺ និងសុំទោសចំពោះអាណាព្យាបាល ដោយសារគាត់មានបញ្ហាសុខភាព (ឈឺច្រើន) ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ លោកគ្រូនាយកក៏បានសម្តែងការសុំទោស និងបានប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តថានឹងធ្វើការពង្រឹងទៅលើការបង្រៀនបន្ថែមទៀត ។
• ការប្រើប្រាស់ទូរស័ព្ទដៃ៖
សំណូមពរ៖ អាណាព្យាបាលសិស្សបានស្នើសុំដល់លោកគ្រូ និងឪពុកម្តាយដទៃទៀត ជួយគ្រប់គ្រង និងកុំឱ្យកូនសិស្សប្រើប្រាស់ទូរស័ព្ទដៃជ្រុលហួសហេតុ ។
• ការគោរពច្បាប់ចរាចរណ៍៖
សំណូមពរ៖ ដោយសង្កេតឃើញសិស្សានុសិស្សពុំទាន់មានការគោរពច្បាប់ចរាចរណ៍បានល្អ អាណាព្យាបាលបានស្នើឱ្យលោកគ្រូ-អ្នកគ្រូ ជួយណែនាំដាស់តឿនបន្ថែមនៅតាមថ្នាក់រៀន ។

កិច្ចប្រជុំបានផ្តល់ឱកាសយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការបើកចំហកិច្ចសន្ទនារវាងសាលារៀន និងសហគមន៍ ។ ការទទួលស្គាល់កំហុសឆ្គង និងការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តកែលម្អពីខាងគណៈគ្រប់គ្រងសាលា ព្រមទាំងការចូលរួមមតិរិះគន់ក្នុងន័យស្ថាបនារបស់អាណាព្យាបាល គឺជាសញ្ញាណវិជ្ជមានក្នុងការរួមគ្នាស្តារ និងលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពអប់រំរបស់កុមារនៅក្នុងតំបន់រងផលប៉ះពាល់ដោយសារសង្គ្រាមនេះ ។

Parent, Guardian and Community Meeting at Pothivong Primary School

CTO, with funding from ActionAid Cambodia, supported and facilitated the Parent, Guardian and Community Meeting at Pothivong Primary School. The meeting was participated by the school management, commune authorities, teachers, parents/guardians and the school community and was held at Pothivong Primary School (located in Bansay Reak commune, near the former battlefield of the Cambodian-Thai border conflict).

The meeting aimed to:
• Strengthen dialogue: Create constructive discussions between the school community and the school management.
• Address challenges: Create opportunities to raise issues to be addressed together with a sense of responsibility, ownership and trust.
• Increase collaboration: Promote and strengthen closer collaborative relationships between the community and the school.
• Mobilize resources: Identify and collect resources to develop the school and contribute to the needs supplemented to the state intervention.

Despite the ceasefire since late December 2025, residents in the community still live in fear and anxiety, which affects the normality of the community, especially children’s education. The meeting was organized with the aim of promoting community resilience through the use of community resources and strengthening existing school governance mechanisms.

During the discussion, the meeting raised the following key challenges and clarified solutions:
• Student absence and learning issues:
Issue: The principal mentioned that there are many students who drop out of school and are doing poorly. At the same time, some guardians have not been very helpful in encouraging their children to come to school.
• Grade 5 teacher issues:
 Issue: The guardian reported that the grade 5 teacher takes a lot of leave without notice, which affects the students’ learning.
 Resolution: The grade 5 teacher came forward to explain and apologize to the guardian because he has health problems (he is often sick). At the same time, the principal also apologized and committed to further strengthening teaching.
• Mobile phone use:
Request: The guardians asked the teachers and other parents to help control and prevent their students from using their mobile phones excessively.
• Traffic Law Compliance:
Recommendation: Observing that students are not yet following traffic laws well, the guardians have requested that teachers provide additional guidance and encouragement in the classrooms.

The meeting provided an important opportunity to open up dialogue between the school and the community. The school management’s acknowledgement of mistakes and commitment to improvement, as well as the guardians’ constructive criticism, are positive signs in jointly restoring and improving the quality of education for children in war-affected areas.

សិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់ថ្នាក់ជាតិត្រូវបានសហការដឹកនាំរៀបចំដោយក្រសួងរៀបចំដែនដីនគរូបនីយកម្មនិងសំណង អង្គការអាក់សិនអេតកម្ពុជា និងអង្គការវេទិកាអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល ដោយប្រារពឡើងនៅថ្ងៃទី ២៧ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ នៅក្រសួងរៀបចំដែនដី នគរូបនីយកម្ម និងសំណង់។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះបានប្រមូលផ្តុំមន្ត្រីរដ្ឋាភិបាលសំខាន់ៗ តំណាងសង្គមស៊ីវិល មេដឹកនាំសហគមន៍ និងឥស្សរជនអន្តរជាតិ ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាអំពីគោលនយោបាយសំខាន់ៗស្តីពីអភិបាលកិច្ចធនធានធម្មជាតិ និងសន្តិសុខសិទ្ធិកាន់កាប់ដីធ្លី។

សុន្ទរកថាគន្លឹះត្រូវបានថ្លែងដោយគណៈអធិបតីសំខាន់ៗ៖
• លោក គឹមសាន ច័ន្ទតារា នាយកស្តីទីប្រចាំប្រទេសនៃអង្គការ អាក់សិនអេត កម្ពុជា បានថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅ។
• ឯកឧត្តម អ៊ីហ្គ័រ ឌ្រីសមែន ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតសហភាពអឺរ៉ុបប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាដ៏មានអត្ថន័យមួយ ដោយបញ្ជាក់ពីភាពជាដៃគូ និងការគាំទ្រអន្តរជាតិ។
• ឯកឧត្តម សាយ សំអាល់ ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងជារដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងរៀបចំដែនដី នគរូបនីយកម្ម និងសំណង់ បានបើកសិក្ខាសាលាជាផ្លូវការជាមួយនឹងសុន្ទរកថាសំខាន់របស់លោក។

វគ្គទី ១៖ ការអនុវត្តគោលនយោបាយ ផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ច្បាប់ និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិបច្ចុប្បន្ន វគ្គនេះផ្តោតលើការវិភាគស្ថានភាពបច្ចុប្បន្ននៃការអនុវត្តគោលនយោបាយ ដោយផ្តោតជាពិសេសលើការចូលប្រើប្រាស់ព័ត៌មានបរិស្ថាន និងធនធានធម្មជាតិរបស់សាធារណជន។ អ្នកចូលរួមបានពិនិត្យមើលការចូលរួមរបស់សាធារណជនក្នុងការចុះបញ្ជីដីសាធារណៈរបស់រដ្ឋ ការគ្រប់គ្រងការនេសាទ និងការអភិរក្សធនធានធម្មជាតិ។ បទបង្ហាញត្រូវបានបន្តដោយវគ្គសំណួរ និងចម្លើយពេញអង្គ ដែលអ្នកចូលរួមបានកំណត់បញ្ហាអាទិភាព និងពិភាក្សាយ៉ាងសកម្មអំពីជម្រើសដែលអាចអនុវត្តបានសម្រាប់ដំណោះស្រាយ។

វគ្គទី 2៖ ការលើកកម្ពស់បរិស្ថាន សង្គម និងអភិបាលកិច្ច (ESG) ទាក់ទងនឹងធនធានធម្មជាតិ និងដីនៃគម្រោងវិនិយោគ។ វគ្គនេះបានផ្តោតលើការលើកកម្ពស់គោលការណ៍បរិស្ថាន សង្គម និងអភិបាលកិច្ច (ESG) នៅក្នុងគម្រោងវិនិយោគទ្រង់ទ្រាយធំ។ ការសន្ទនាផ្តោតលើសន្តិសុខដីធ្លី និងភាពចាំបាច់នៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការពហុភាគីដើម្បីអនុវត្តការអនុលោមតាម ESG ដោយធានាបាននូវតុល្យភាពប្រកបដោយចីរភាព និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវរបស់សាជីវកម្មចំពោះតម្លៃបរិស្ថាន។ ស្រដៀងគ្នាទៅនឹងវគ្គវគ្គនេះបានបញ្ចប់ដោយការពិភាក្សាពេញអង្គដែលមានអន្តរកម្មដែលមានគោលបំណងកំណត់បញ្ហាប្រឈមអាទិភាព និងកំណត់ដំណោះស្រាយជាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ។

បន្ទាប់ពីការសង្ខេប សុន្ទរកថាបិទ និងការសម្តែងការកោតសរសើរត្រូវបានថ្លែងដោយ ឯកឧត្តម តំណាងមកពីគណៈកម្មការផែនការ វិនិយោគ កសិកម្ម អភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បរិស្ថាន និងធនធានទឹកនៃរដ្ឋសភានៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

National Consultation Workshop on Policy Land Tenure Security, Fisheries, Forestry, and Environmental in Cambodia

The National Consultation Workshop was co-led by MoLMUPC, Actionaid Cambodia, NGO Forum and officially convened on May 27, 2026, at the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction. The workshop brought together key government officials, civil society representatives, community leaders, and international dignitaries to deliberate on critical natural resource governance and tenure security policies.

The opening key remark were delivered by prominent dignitaries:
• Mr. Kimsan Chantara, Acting Country Director of ActionAid Cambodia, offered the warm welcome remarks.
• H.E. Igor Driesmans, Ambassador of the European Union to the Kingdom of Cambodia, delivered an insightful speech highlighting international partnership and support.
• H.E. Say Samal, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, officially opened the workshop with his keynote address.

Session 1: Current Implementation of Policies, Strategic Plans, Laws, and Regulations This session focused on analyzing the current state of policy implementation, with a specific emphasis on public access to environmental and natural resource information. Participants examined public participation in the registration of state public land, the management of fisheries, and the conservation of natural resources. The presentations were followed by a plenary Q&A session where participants identified priority issues and actively debated viable options for solutions.

Session 2: Promoting Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) in Relation to Natural Resources and Land of Investment Projects. The afternoon session pivoted toward the promotion of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles within large-scale investment projects. The dialogue centered on land tenure security and the necessity of multi-stakeholder cooperation to enforce ESG compliance, ensuring a sustainable balance and corporate accountability toward environmental values. Similar to the first session, this block concluded with an interactive plenary discussion aimed at mapping out priority challenges and defining strategic solutions.

Following the summary, closing remarks and expressions of appreciation were delivered by H.E. Representative from the Commission on Planning, Investment, Agriculture, Rural Development, Environment, and Water Resources of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia, marking the official closing of the national policy dialogue.

អង្គការកែប្រែសហគមន៍ ក្នុងភាពជាដៃគូជាមួយអង្គការ អាក់សិនអេត កម្ពុជា បានដឹកនាំសម្របសម្រួលកិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មការ និងអនុគណៈកម្មការសហគមន៍ព្រៃឈើរំដួលវាសនា ដោយមានសមាសភាពចូលរួម ពីអាជ្ញាធរដែនដី គណៈកម្មការ និងអនុគណៈកម្មការសហគមន៍ព្រៃឈើ ព្រមទាំងតំណាងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងភូមិចំណុះ រៀបចំឡើងនៅសង្កាត់បន្សាយរាក់។

សូមបញ្ជាក់ថាកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះជាផ្នែកមួយនៃគម្រោង “កសាងភាពធន់សហគមន៍ជាមួយធនធានធម្មជាតិក្រោយវិបត្តិសង្គ្រាមព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ” (ឆ្នាំ២០១៥-២០២៦) អនុវត្តដោយអង្គការកែប្រែសហគមន៍ ក្រោមជំនួយឧបត្ថម្ភពីអង្គការ អាក់សិនអេត កម្ពុជា។ គម្រោងនេះមានគោលបំណងរួមសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ គឺជួយឱ្យប្រជាជនរងផលប៉ះពាល់ដោយជម្លោះព្រំដែនក្នុងខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ មានភាពធន់មាំតាមរយៈ៖

-ការពង្រឹងការគ្រប់គ្រងប្រភពទឹកបឹងធម្មជាតិ និងដីព្រៃឈើ៥សហគមន៍។
-ការកែលម្អអភិបាលកិច្ចសាលារៀនចំនួន ២៥ ដើម្បីជួយកុមារប្រឈមហានិភ័យ ៧១៨ នាក់ បានបន្តការសិក្សា។

លទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗសម្រេចបានក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំមាន៖

-ការពង្រឹងរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធការងារ៖ សមាជិកគណៈកម្មការ និងអនុគណៈកម្មការបានយល់ច្បាស់ឡើងវិញនូវតួនាទី ភារកិច្ច និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវរៀងៗខ្លួន ក្នុងការដឹកនាំផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាតាមភូមិចំណុះ។

-ការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈម៖ អង្គប្រជុំបានជជែកដេញដោលយ៉ាងផុលផុសលើបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានា (ទាំងផ្ទៃក្នុង និងខាងក្រៅ) ព្រមទាំងបានរកឃើញនូវដំណោះស្រាយរួមគ្នាមួយប្រកបដោយស្មារតីម្ចាស់ការ។

-យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងការពារព្រៃឈើ៖ បានឯកភាពលើការជម្រុញការយល់ដឹងទៅដល់បងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ (ទាំងសមាជិក និងមិនមែនសមាជិក) អំពីសារៈប្រយោជន៍នៃការការពារព្រៃឈើ ដើម្បីរក្សាធនធានសម្រាប់ប្រើប្រាស់ដោយចេរភាព (ជាប្រភពស្បៀង និងបរិស្ថាន) និងបញ្ឈប់រាល់សកម្មភាពល្មើសច្បាប់ដែលធ្វើឱ្យខូចខាតបាត់បង់ព្រៃឈើ។

-ផែនការសកម្មភាពទៅមុខ៖ * បានរៀបចំផែនការរួមគ្នាសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពេញលេញពីប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។

-បានបង្កើតផែនការសកម្មភាពជាក់ស្តែងសម្រាប់ការរៀបចំ «ដាក់ផ្លាកសម្គាល់សហគមន៍» និងវិធីសាស្ត្រគ្រប់គ្រងការពារព្រៃឈើឱ្យបានគង់វង្ស។

CTO, in partnership with Actionaid Cambodia, led and facilitated the meeting of the Romdoul Veasna Community Forestry Committee and Sub-Committee, with the participation of the territorial authorities, the Community Forestry Committee and Sub-Committee, and representatives of the village residents, held in Bansay Reak Sangkat.

Please note that this meeting is part of the project “Building Community Resilience with Natural Resources after the Cambodia-Thai Border War Crisis” (2015-2026) implemented by Community Transformation Organization with support from Actionaid Cambodia. The overall objective of the project for 2026 is to help people affected by the border conflict in Oddar Meanchey province become resilient through:

- Strengthening the management of natural water sources, lakes, and forest lands in 5 communities.

- Improving the governance of 25 schools to help 718 at-risk children continue their education.

Key outcomes achieved in the meeting include:

- Strengthening the work structure: Committee and sub-committee members have clearly understood their respective roles, responsibilities, and responsibilities in leading advocacy and solving problems in the village.

- Solving Challenges: The meeting discussed various challenges (both internal and external) and found a joint solution with a sense of ownership.

- Forestry Promotion and Protection Strategy: Agreed on raising awareness among citizens (both members and non-members) about the benefits of forest protection to preserve resources for sustainable use (as a source of food and environment) and to stop all illegal activities that damage forests.

- Forward Action Plan: * Prepared a joint plan for community development with full participation of citizens.

- Developed a concrete action plan for the preparation of "Community Labeling" and sustainable forest protection management methods.

-ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលអាជីវកម្ម៖ ផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងជ្រើសរើសយុវជនឱ្យចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីផ្តល់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី «ជំនាញមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះនៃការធ្វើអាជីវកម្ម»។

-ការងារទិន្នន័យធនធានទឹក៖ ធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីដំណើរការចុះស្រង់ ប្រមូល និងចងក្រងទិន្នន័យទាក់ទងនឹងប្រភពទឹកធម្មជាតិ ដែលជាសម្បត្តិសាធារណៈនៅតាមភូមិនានា។

Youth Group Meeting in Pong Commune

CTO, with the cooperation of the commune council, organized a meeting of youth groups from various villages in the commune. The meeting was held at the Pong Commune Hall. The main objectives of the meeting were:

-Business Training: Promote and recruit youth to participate in the training program on “Basic Business Skills”.

-Water Resource Data Work: Present the process of collecting and compiling data related to natural water sources, which are public assets in various villages.

-Environmental Protection: Promote and encourage the participation of youth in protecting natural resources in their localities.

This is an activity in the CTO project plan that received funding support from Actionaid Cambodia.

Parent, Guardian and Community Meeting at Trapeang Veng Primary School

To promote activities to strengthen the existing school governance mechanism, CTO supported the Parent, Guardian and Community Meeting, with the participation of the school management committee, commune authorities, teachers, parents or guardians of students and the school community, with the aim of:

- Strengthening dialogue: Creating constructive discussions between the school community and the school management committee.

- Solving challenges: Creating opportunities to raise issues to be resolved together with a sense of responsibility, ownership and mutual trust.

- Increasing collaboration: Promoting and strengthening closer collaborative relationships between the school community and the school management committee.

- Mobilizing resources: Finding and collecting resources to develop the school and contribute to meeting all needs that are lacking in addition to those provided by the state.

This activity is part of the CTO project plan with financial support from Actionaid Cambodia.

Discussion meeting to prepare for the national consultation workshop on land security, fisheries, forests and the environment in Cambodia

On May 26, 2026, a key discussion was held to prepare for the national consultation, with the participation of representatives of partner organizations, youth groups, women and approximately 50 local community representatives (including fishing communities, forestry communities, protected area communities and indigenous communities).

🎯 Main objectives of the discussion:

-Together, summarize and reflect: Review information, challenges and factual data from the ground.
-Increase participation: Provide opportunities for communities to constructively debate and seek key inputs.
-Prepare: Gather ideas and compile key points to present and debate at the official workshop on the 27th.
