VIR's primary goal is to strengthen and empower impoverished families living in our target areas through sustainable development policies, welfare, education and family economics. VIR is a reputed NGO with strong ties with governments at the provincial, district, commune and village authority levels. Likewise VIR also works closely with various specialized provincial departments, agriculture depar

tments, The Department of Fishery, Provincial Fisheries Office, Department of Women's Affairs, Provincial Environmental Office and other NGOs both within and outside Siem Reap province.
