ខេត្តសៀមរាប ថ្ងៃចន្ទ ២រោច ខែជេស្ឋ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី០២ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦
ក្រុមការងារបណ្ដាញលុបបំបាត់អំពើហិង្សាលើកុមារ (ក.ល.ហ.ក) ខេត្តសៀមរាប បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងលទ្ធផលការងារប្រចាំឆ្នាំរបស់បណ្ដាញ ក្នុងគោលបំណងពិនិត្យ និងឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងលើការអនុវត្តផែនការសកម្មភាព និងសមិទ្ធផលដែលសម្រេចបានក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ព្រមទាំងរៀបចំផែនការសកម្មភាពសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ និងពិភាក្សាលើបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានាដែលសមាជិកបណ្ដាញ និងក្រុមយុវជនកំពុងជួបប្រទះ។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងអង្គការសមាជិកចំនួន ២៤ អង្គការ តំណាងស្ថាប័នម្ចាស់ជំនួយចំនួន ១ ស្ថាប័ន និងអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ៣៥ រូប។ ក្នុងនាមគណៈកម្មាធិការបណ្ដាញ សូមគោរពថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះលោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ សមាជិកបណ្ដាញ ព្រមទាំងដៃគូសហការទាំងអស់ ដែលបានចំណាយពេលវេលាដ៏មានតម្លៃចូលរួម និងផ្តល់មតិយោបល់ដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ។
ក្នុងនាមគណៈកម្មាធិការបណ្ដាញ ខ្ញុំពិតជាមានមោទនភាពយ៉ាងក្រៃលែងដែលបានឃើញការចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្ម ការចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ និងការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់សមាជិកទាំងអស់ក្នុងការរួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់ការការពារ និងលើកស្ទួយសិទ្ធិកុមារ។ ការពិភាក្សា និងលទ្ធផលដែលទទួលបានពីកិច្ចប្រជុំនាពេលនេះ នឹងក្លាយជាមូលដ្ឋានដ៏សំខាន់ក្នុងការពង្រឹងប្រសិទ្ធភាពការងាររបស់បណ្ដាញ ឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពរឹងមាំ និងសម្រេចបាននូវគោលដៅដែលបានកំណត់សម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។
ជាពិសេស យើងបានទទួលនូវការគាំទ្រ ការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្ត និងកិច្ចសហការយ៉ាងល្អពីសមាជិក និងដៃគូពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ ក្នុងការរួមគ្នាអនុវត្តផែនការសកម្មភាពដែលបានរៀបចំឡើងនៅថ្ងៃនេះ។ គណៈកម្មាធិការបណ្ដាញនឹងធ្វើការប្រមូលផ្តុំ និងបញ្ចូលរាល់សំណូមពរ អនុសាសន៍ និងមតិយោបល់ដែលបានលើកឡើងក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សា ដើម្បីកំណត់ជាអាទិភាព និងដាក់ចេញនូវសកម្មភាពជាក់លាក់សម្រាប់ការអនុវត្តបន្ត។

Siem Reap Province, June 2, 2026. The Siem Reap Provincial Network Violence Against Children (NVAC) annual reflection meeting to review and reflect on the implementation of its action plan and achievements in 2025, develop the action plan for 2026, and discuss challenges faced by network members and youth groups. The meeting was attended by representatives from 24 organizations (NGO), 1 donor institution, and a total of 35 participants. On behalf of the Network Committee, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all members, network members, and partner organizations (NGO)for taking their valuable time to participate and contribute meaningful feedback during this meeting. On behalf of the Network Committee, I am truly proud to witness the active participation, experience sharing, and commitment of all members in promoting child protection and advancing children's rights. The discussions and outcomes of today's meeting will serve as an important foundation for strengthening the effectiveness of the network and achieving the goals set for 2026. We have received strong support, commitment, and cooperation from all members and partners in implementing the action plan developed during this meeting. The NVAC Committee will compile and incorporate all recommendations, suggestions, and comments raised during the discussions, prioritize them, and develop concrete actions for future implementation. Finally, we would like to extend our best wishes to all teachers, representatives of institutions, and partner organizations for good health, safety, prosperity, and success in all your endeavors.
