From Siem Reap to Lausanne 🇰🇭🇨🇭

As the winner of Cambodia’s Culinary Talent, Chef Hin Kimchhoeung, Executive Chef at Zannier Hotels Phum Baitang, was awarded an exclusive immersion week at our partner school, the École Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL).

During his stay, Chef Kim lived on campus, joined several culinary brigades, and even shared his own Khmer-inspired recipe, which was served to students and staff throughout the week. He also had the opportunity to meet Éléonore Mueth-Dubrule, President of EHT Paul Dubrule, and Arnaud Zannier, CEO of Zannier Group, celebrating a shared passion for culinary excellence and hospitality.

"This experience has given me new ideas," shared Chef Kim. "I look forward to bringing these new skills back to my team in Cambodia to create even more memorable experiences for our guests."
