យើងមានកិត្តិយសយ៉ាងខ្លាំងដែលបាននាំយកអ្នកចូលរួមចំនួន ២៤នាក់ មកពីអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាលចំនួន ១៨ មកជួបជុំគ្នា សម្រាប់សិក្ខាសាលាដ៏មានអត្ថន័យមួយ ស្តីពីការស្វែងរកវិធីសាស្ត្រឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរនៃការផ្តល់មូលនិធិសម្រាប់វិស័យមិនរកប្រាក់ចំណេញ។
