Sharing our poignant, humble, most profound and pious rite of propitiation encircled in the Holy Cord, the Master of the Ceremony conducted with the Sacred Dancers of Angkor and Musicians and Members along with Young Dancers and Musicians from the Culture Department of Siem Reap and Members, lead by Lok ChhumTeav Kantharavynn Nginn Karet, HE Ing Kimleang Vice Governor of Siem Reap and Mr Moun Sopheap, Director of the Siem Reap Department of Culture, appealed in the Garden of the Royal Residence in Siem Reap the Spirits of the 12 most powerful Generals of the Angkorian period and their Armies to Bless, Protect and Bestow Strength and Vigour to:

Encircled in the Holy Cord the Master of Ceremony conducted a devout ceremony filled with incenses and candles, praying, for Peace, Stability, Unity and the Protection of our Sacred Heritage Temples, for the Nation’s Frontline Soldiers, Heroes of the Arm Forces defending our Country as the country faces ongoing conflict along the borders with an Appeal for the release of our 18 Brave Soldiers.
And Prayers for the Health, Safety and Happiness of all Cambodians.
The Sacred Dancers of Angkor offered the Spiritual dances rituals
Buong Suong Tiyaie and Buong Suong Teans with 12 candles.
The lead dancers dressed in the lotus silk fibres, rarest, most coveted silk in the world, also sacred symbols for purity, awakening, transformation, and compassion in Buddhism and Hinduism, the rest of the dancers dressed in the mosquitos net muslin symbolising humility and ongoing prayer for the eradication of the rife malaria. All dancers adorned with lotus petals as earrings.
Joined in hearts and Souls, the 12 little dancers from the Siem Reap Department of Culture offered a beautiful blessing in the dance “Doves of Peace”.
