ICC'S BIRTH

ICC was initiated and established in November 2013 by Krouch Ly, a Cambodian passionately dedicated in helping others, particularly poor children. This establishment has been overwhelmingly inspired by his own difficult struggles with life during his childhood after the divorce of his parents. As an adult, fundamental experience was gained from working for 6 years as a volunteer in

a centre for the disabled and orphans where he was committed to supporting disadvantaged children and improving the structure of the center. Over time he gained considerable skills and professional experience in managing staff, overseeing work plans and finance. Eventually with commitment, encouragement and strong support from his close friends and the active participation of a group of local volunteer university students, he created the Information Center for Community (ICC).
