Many students today face challenges when choosing their university major or planning their future career. Some follow their friends, family expectations, or job trends without truly understanding their own interests, strengths, and passions. As a result, some students later change their major or even drop out because the path they chose does not truly fit who they are.

To help address this challenge, we are planning to conduct a short training program for Secondary School and High School students focused on Self-Awareness and Future Planning.

The purpose of this training is to help young people better understand themselves, explore their potential, and make more confident decisions about their future education and career paths. In addition, the program will introduce several essential skills that are valuable both in university life and in the future workplace.

The training will include six sessions covering important topics such as:

β€’ Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
β€’ Career Exploration and Job Fit
β€’ Job Searching and CV Writing
β€’ Ownership and Personal Responsibility

Our goal is to empower students with knowledge, self-confidence, and practical skills so they can build a clearer direction for their future.
