នៅថ្ងៃទិវាផែនដី ជាការរំលឹកថា ការថែរក្សាផែនដីរបស់យើងគឺ ចាប់ផ្តើមចេញពីការសម្រេចចិត្តក្នុងជីវភាពរស់នៅប្រចាំថ្ងៃ។ នៅក្នុងគម្រោងជី យើងមិនត្រឹមតែបង្រៀនក្មេងស្រីអំពីសុខភាព និងអនាម័យប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងបង្រៀនពីរបៀបប្រើប្រាស់ និងថែរក្សាក្រណាត់អនាម័យ របស់ពួកគេដែលយើងបានចែកជូន ដើម្បីកាត់បន្ថយសំណល់ និងជួយថែរក្សាបរិស្ថានផងដែរ។

តាមរយៈសិក្ខាសាលារបស់យើង ក្មេងស្រីរៀនអំពីទម្លាប់សាមញ្ញៗ និងជាក់ស្តែង ដែលបង្កើតមានការផ្លាស់ប្តូរជាវិជ្ជមាន ប៉ុន្តែមានប្រយោជន៍ ដែលអាចបង្កើតទម្លាប់ល្អក្នុងជីវិតប្រចាំថ្ងៃ និងសហគមន៍របស់ពួកគេ។ គ្រប់ក្រណាត់អនាម័យ ជួយឱ្យក្មេងស្រីអាចថែរក្សាសុខភាពរបស់ពួកគេដោយមានកិត្តិយស ហើយក៏លើកទឹកចិត្តឲ្យពួកគេជ្រើសរើសវិធីសាស្ត្រដែលមានចីរភាព។ ពីព្រោះ នៅពេលក្មេងស្រីមានចំណេះដឹង ពួកគេអាចថែរក្សាខ្លួនឯង និងពិភពលោកជុំវិញពួកគេបាន។

This Earth Day is a reminder that caring for our planet starts with everyday choices. : At Project G, we teach girls not only about health and hygiene, but also how to use and care for their Kits in ways that reduce waste and support their environment.

Through our workshops, girls learn simple, practical habits that make a difference in their daily lives and communities. Every Kit supports a girl to manage her health with dignity while also encouraging more sustainable choices. Because when girls are equipped with knowledge, they can care for themselves and the world around them.

ក្មេងស្រីគ្រប់រូបសមនឹងទទួលបានកិត្តិយស និងការគោរព។ ប៉ុន្តែមានក្មេងស្រីជាច្រើនកំពុងធំឡើងជាមួយនឹងអារម្មណ៍អៀនខ្មាស់ នឹងភាពស្ងៀមស្ងាត់ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងរដូវមក ដែលអាចប៉ះពាល់ដល់ការជឿជាក់លើខ្លួនឯង ការចូលរួមនៅសាលារៀន និងសុខុមាលភាពទូទៅរបស់ពួកគេ។

តាមរយៈសិក្ខាសាលារបស់យើងបានបង្កើតបរិយាកាសសុវត្ថិភាពមួយ ដែលក្មេងស្រីអាចសួរសំណួរ ចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ និងរៀនព័ត៌មានត្រឹមត្រូវអំពីរាងកាយរបស់ពួកគេ។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះមិនត្រឹមតែផ្តល់ចំណេះដឹងប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងជួយលើកទឹកចិត្តក្មេងស្រីមានមោទនភាពលើខ្លួនឯង យល់ដឹងអំពីសុខភាព នឹងទទួលបានការជឿជាក់ក្នុងការបន្តការសិក្សាដោយគ្មានការភ័យខ្លាច ឬអារម្មណ៍អៀនខ្មាស់។

សិក្ខាសាលានីមួយៗ មិនត្រឹមតែផ្លាស់ប្តូរចំណេះដឹងប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនៈរបស់សិស្សផងដែរ។ ក្មេងស្រីចាកចេញដោយមានការជឿជាក់លើខ្លួនឯង មានកិត្តិយស នឹងរួចរាល់ក្នុងការបន្តការសិក្សាដោយគ្មានការភ័យខ្លាច ឬអារម្មណ៍ខ្មាសអៀន។

Every girl deserves dignity. Yet many grow up with shame and silence around menstruation, which can affect their confidence, participation in school, and overall well-being.

Through Project G educational workshops, we create a safe space where girls can ask questions, share experiences, and learn accurate information about their bodies. These workshops go beyond facts they empower girls to feel proud of themselves, understand their health, and gain the confidence to continue learning without fear or stigma.

Every workshop transforms not just knowledge but also mindsets. Girls leave feeling empowered, respected, and ready to pursue education without fear or shame.

ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលសិក្ខាសាលារបស់យើង យើងក៏បានលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងអំពីការជួញដូរមនុស្សផងដែរ ដើម្បីជួយឱ្យសិស្សយល់ពីការរក្សាសុវត្ថិភាព និងការពារខ្លួនឯង។

យើងផ្តោតលើការសម្គាល់ពីហានិភ័យ ការយល់ដឹងអំពីអ្វីដែលត្រូវប្រុងប្រយ័ត្ន និងការយល់ដឹងអំពីជំហានដែលត្រូវអនុវត្ត ប្រសិនបើពួកគេមិនមានសុវត្ថិភាព។ មិនត្រឹមតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ យើងក៏ចែករំលែកអំពីអង្គការក៏ដូចជាស្ថាប័នដែលអាចទុកចិត្តបាន និងព័ត៌មានទំនាក់ទំនង ដើម្បីឱ្យសិស្សដឹងថា ពួកគេអាចស្វែងរកជំនួយ និងការគាំទ្របាននៅកន្លែងណាផងដែរ។

During our educational workshops, we also raise awareness about human trafficking - helping students understand how to stay safe and protect themselves.

We focus on recognising risks, knowing what to watch out for, and understanding what steps to take if they ever feel unsafe. Just as importantly, we share trusted organisations and contact details so students know where they can turn for help and support.

Through this knowledge, girls build confidence, trust their instincts, and understand their right to feel safe.
Every one deserves to feel protected and have a future full of hope.
