ការថែរក្សាក្រណាត់អនាម័យ Days for Girls គឺងាយស្រួល ហើយជួយឱ្យវាអាចប្រើបានយូរឆ្នាំ។
បន្ទាប់ពីប្រើប្រាស់ សូមលាងសម្អាត ក្រណាត់ ដោយទឹកស្អាត និងសាប៊ូ បន្ទាប់មកហាលឱ្យស្ងួតក្រោមពន្លឺថ្ងៃ មុនពេលរក្សាទុក។ ប្រសិនបើថែរក្សាឲ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ ក្រណាត់នីមួយៗនឹងនៅតែស្អាត មានសុវត្ថិភាព និងត្រៀមរួចជាស្រេចសម្រាប់ប្រើប្រាស់រៀងរាល់ខែ។

Looking after a Days for Girls Menstrual Kit is simple and helps it last for years. 💙
After use, wash the Kit with clean water and soap, then dry it completely in the sunlight before storing it. With proper care, each Kit remains clean, safe, and ready to use month after month.
Through Project G and the support of Days for Girls International, we continue to empower girls with menstrual health education, helping them grow with confidence, dignity, and the knowledge they need to thrive.

Project G helps girls build confidence to think for themselves and express their ideas openly.
They are encouraged to share their opinions, ask questions, and learn from one another in a supportive way.

Through this experience, girls begin to feel more comfortable speaking up and trusting their own thoughts. Step by step, they grow stronger, more independent, and more confident in their voices.
As Coco Chanel once said, “The most courageous act is still to think for yourself. Aloud.”

Every opportunity to educate is an opportunity to change a life. We are so excited to collaborate with Ms. Sinoun to implement her program, Strengthen Youth Voice on Menstrual Stigma in School, at Run Ta Ek High School, conducting a workshop successfully.

During the workshop, we shared essential lessons on menstruation and human trafficking, empowering students with the knowledge they need to protect their health, recognize their rights, and make decisions. Through this initiative, we reached 149 students and distributed 84 menstrual Kits to female students, helping them manage their menstrual health with dignity, confidence, and comfort.

Our team worked together to deliver a meaningful and engaging session. To create a warm and welcoming environment, we also provided Khmer cakes and drinks, ensuring that every student felt valued, supported, and encouraged to participate.

Our heartfelt gratitude to all our team members, UnionAID and Cambodia Laos Young Leaders Programme for your support.for their unwavering commitment and collaboration. Together, we are not only delivering education, but we are also empowering girls, protecting futures, and building stronger, healthier communities.

We look forward to continuing this journey and creating lasting impact, one student at a time.
