Dr. Phil Caldwell stands as a true hero for students who dream of learning but lack the means to continue their education. Though he has no wealth, he carries a spirit of generosity and a heart full of love for the Cambodian people. Through his vision, scholarships are turning hope into reality for countless young learners.
