The goal of the Teacher Training and Leadership Association (TTLA) is curiously to create and develop teachers and leaders with professional teacher trainers and educational leadership from various institutions. =>To provide students with a better understanding of techniques in teaching the four macro skills; reading, listening, speaking, and writing.
=>To motivate trainees to become more confiden

t and practical skills of teaching in different settings.
=>To provide learners well-orientation for a bachelor's degree in Teaching and also to refresh trainees who have been working as English teachers, but have not been being provided enough opportunity to professional development.
=>To equip participants with the ability of self-leading and leading with others in order to change their world.
