The goal of the Teacher Training and Leadership Association (TTLA) is curiously to create and develop teachers and leaders with professional teacher trainers and educational leadership from various institutions. =>To provide students with a better understanding of techniques in teaching the four macro skills; reading, listening, speaking, and writing.

What a productive workshop training is!

The instructor reviewed the result of an in-depth interview. Noticeably, pair coaching or collegial support is significantly discussed during the interview.

Besides that research process, the steps of the research, was concisely introduced my the instructor.

Next session, trainees will experience "research findings". Please ready to put your feet on the ground.

Lecturing to teachers and learners for the whole session won't be successful, they will feel bored and sleepy and our lesson won't be fruitful, thus, discussion, group work and presentations will be giving them the opportunity to share their own perception to one another and make our lesson more practical!
