Inception Workshop on Culturally Responsive Education for Climate Resilience in Indigenous Communities

ក្រុងបានលុង៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ កន្លងទៅនេះ អង្គការសហការគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយដើម្បីកម្ពុជា (ICC) បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាមួយស្តីពី «ការចាប់ផ្តើមគម្រោងអប់រំផ្សារភ្ជាប់វប្បធម៌ ដើម្បីភាពធន់នឹងអាកាសធាតុក្នុងសហគមន៍ជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច» ជាមួយមន្ទីរ និងអង្គភាពជំនាញពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដែលជាដៃគូសហការ និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការរបស់គម្រោង។
អង្គសិក្ខាសាលានេះ បានដំណើរការពេញមួយព្រឹក ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព លោកជំទាវ ចក់ មើល សមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាខេត្ត និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការពិគ្រោះយោបល់កិច្ចការស្ត្រី និងកុមារ (គ.ក.ស.ក) ខេត្តរតនគិរី ព្រមទាំងមានការចូលរួមពី លោក លោកស្រី ជាប្រធាន អនុប្រធាន និងបុគ្គលិកតំណាងមន្ទីរអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា, មន្ទីរកិច្ចការនារី, មន្ទីរអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ, មន្ទីរសង្គមកិច្ច អតីតយុទ្ធជន និងយុវនីតិសម្បទា និងអង្គការដៃគូសហការ រួមមាន ESWG, SVC, NTFP,Plan និង CRESO ដែលមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ២៦ នាក់ (ស្រី ៩ នាក់)។
អង្គសិក្ខាសាលានេះ មានគោលបំណងសំខាន់ចំនួនពីរគឺ៖
• បង្ហាញ និងណែនាំជូនដៃគូពាក់ព័ន្ធនូវផែនការប្រតិបត្តិការសម្រាប់គម្រោងថ្មី រយៈពេល ៤ ឆ្នាំ (២០២៦-២០២៩) របស់អង្គការ ICC។
• ប្រមូលមតិយោបល់ និងធាតុចូលសំខាន់ៗពីគ្រប់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកធ្វើឱ្យការអនុវត្តផែនការគម្រោងសម្រេចបានជោគជ័យ និងមាននិរន្តរភាព។
ជាលទ្ធផលនៅចុងបញ្ចប់នៃអង្គសិក្ខាសាលា សិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់ទទួលបានការយល់ដឹងកាន់តែច្បាស់អំពីផែនការប្រតិបត្តិការរបស់គម្រោងដែលមានរយៈពេល ៤ ឆ្នាំ (២០២៦-២០២៩) ដែលផ្តោតលើការគាំទ្រផ្នែកអប់រំដល់កុមារជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច ឱ្យទទួលបានឱកាសចូលរៀនបានគ្រប់ៗគ្នា ប្រកបដោយគុណភាព និងស្របតាមវប្បធម៌របស់ពួកគេ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ អង្គការ ICC ក៏ទទួលបានធាតុចូលល្អៗមួយចំនួនពីលោកជំទាវ សមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាខេត្ដ និងតំណាងមន្ទីរ អង្គភាពដែលបានចូលរួម។
អង្គការ ICC សូមគោរពថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមរបស់ លោកជំទាវ សមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាខេត្តរតនគិរី, លោក លោកស្រី ប្រធាន-អនុប្រធានមន្ទីរ និងតំណាងអង្គការដៃគូទាំងអស់។ ជាពិសេស សូមគោរពថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅដល់អង្គការ Felm ដែលបានផ្តល់ថវិកាគាំទ្រដល់គម្រោង និងដំណើរការសិក្ខាសាលានេះឡើង។

Inception Workshop on Culturally Responsive Education for Climate Resilience in Indigenous Communities
Banlung City: On the morning of 28 May 2026, Integral Cooperation Cambodia (ICC) organized an inception workshop on “Culturally Responsive Education for Climate Resilience in Indigenous Communities” together with relevant provincial departments and partner organizations involved in project collaboration and implementation.
The workshop was conducted over a full morning under the high presidency of Chork Moul, Member of the Ratanakiri Provincial Council and Chair of the Provincial Women and Children Consultative Committee (PWCCC). Participants also included directors, deputy directors, and representatives from the Provincial Department of Education, Youth and Sport; Department of Women’s Affairs; Department of Rural Development; Department of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation; and partner organizations, including Education Sector Working Group (ESWG), SVC, NTFP, Plan International, and CRESO. A total of 26 participants attended the workshop, including 9 women.
The workshop had two main objectives:
• To present and introduce ICC’s new four-year project implementation plan (2026–2029) to relevant stakeholders and partners.
• To gather feedback, recommendations, and key inputs from all stakeholders to help ensure effective and sustainable project implementation.
As a result of the workshop, participants gained a clearer understanding of the project’s four-year operational plan (2026–2029), which focuses on supporting indigenous children to access inclusive, quality, and culturally responsive education opportunities. In addition, ICC received valuable feedback and recommendations from the Provincial Council member and representatives of participating departments and organizations.
ICC would like to express its sincere appreciation to Chork Moul, provincial department leaders, and all partner organizations for their active participation and support. ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១២ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ កន្លងទៅនេះ ក្រុមការងាររបស់អង្គការសហការគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយដើម្បីកម្ពុជា ប្រចាំខេត្ដរតនគិរី បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់ចំនួន២០លើក នៅតាមសហគមន៍គោលដៅក្នុងខេត្តរតនគិរី ដើម្បីណែនាំ និងពិភាក្សាអំពីគម្រោងថ្មីមួយឈ្មោះ «គម្រោងអប់រំផ្សារភ្ជាប់វប្បធម៌ ដើម្បីភាពធន់នឹងអាកាសធាតុក្នុងសហគមន៍ជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច»។
សិក្ខាសាលាទាំងនេះមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបទាំង២០លើកចំនួន ១៦៨ នាក់ ក្នុងនោះមានស្ត្រីចំនួន ៦៥ នាក់ និងជនមានពិការភាពចំនួន ២ នាក់ ដែលតំណាងឱ្យជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចចំនួន ៥ ក្រុម រួមមាន ជនជាតិទំពួន គ្រឹង ព្រៅ កាវ៉ែត និងចារ៉ាយ។ អ្នកចូលរួមតំណាងសហគមន៍មកពី ២៧ ភូមិ ក្នុង១៤ឃុំ និង៧ស្រុក ក្នុងខេត្តរតនគិរី។
សិក្ខាសាលាទាំងនេះបានផ្តល់ឱកាសដ៏សំខាន់មួយសម្រាប់សហគមន៍ ដូចជា មេភូមិ គ្រូបង្រៀន អាណាព្យាបាលសិស្ស និងគណៈកម្មការគ្រប់គ្រងសាលារៀន ដែលបានចូលរួមស្ដាប់ និងមតិយោបល់ដែលជាធាតុចូលយ៉ាងសំខាន់ ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកក្នុងការរៀបចំផែនការរបស់គម្រោងថ្មី ឱ្យមានភាពសមស្របទៅនឹងបរិបទ និងតម្រូវការជាក់ស្តែងរបស់សហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន។
គម្រោងថ្មីនេះនឹងចាប់ផ្ដើមអនុវត្ដចាប់ពីឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដល់ឆ្នាំ២០២៩ ដោយផ្តោតលើការលើកកម្ពស់ការអប់រំបរិយាបន្ន ដើម្បីឱ្យកុមារជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចបានចូលរៀនគ្រប់គ្នា រៀនមានគុណភាព និងស្របតាមវប្បធម៌របស់ពួកគេ។

Consultation Workshops on the project of the Culturally Relevant Education for Climate Resilience in Indigenous Communities
From 12–15 May 2026, the team from Integral Cooperation Cambodia (ICC) in Ratanakiri Province organized 20 consultation workshops across target communities in the province. The purpose of these workshops was to introduce and discuss a new initiative titled “Culturally Relevant Education for Climate Resilience in Indigenous Communities.”
A total of 168 community representatives participated in the workshops, including 65 women and 2 persons with disabilities. Participants represented five Indigenous groups: Tampuan, Kreung, Brao, Kavet, and Jarai. They came from 27 villages, 14 communes, and 7 districts across Ratanakiri Province.
These workshops created an important platform for community members, village leaders, teachers, parents, and School Management Committee members to actively share their perspectives, experiences, and recommendations. The discussions and feedback provided valuable inputs for the development of the project implementation plan, ensuring that the project is responsive to the local context, cultural values, and the actual needs of Indigenous communities.
The project will be implemented from 2026 to 2029 and will focus on inclusive and culturally relevant education, while strengthening climate resilience in Indigenous communities. The overall goal is to improve access to quality education for Indigenous children and ensure that learning is connected to and respectful of their cultural identity.

នៅថ្ងៃទី០៨ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ គម្រោងយុវជនដើម្បីកម្ពុជា YFC បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី “ហេតុអ្វីបានជាភាពធន់មានសារៈសំខាន់” សម្រាប់យុវជនដឹកនាំមកពីភូមិគោលដៅទាំង ៩ នៅសាលាបឋមសិក្សា ហ៊ុន សែនកោះញែក។ សិក្ខាសាលាបានចាប់ផ្តើមពីម៉ោង ៧:៣០ ព្រឹក រហូតដល់ម៉ោង ១១:០០ ព្រឹក ដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ៧៥ នាក់ ក្នុងនោះមានស្ត្រីចំនួន ៦១ នាក់។
គោលបំណងនៃសិក្ខាសាលានេះ គឺដើម្បីផ្តល់ការយល់ដឹងជាមូលដ្ឋានអំពីគោលគំនិតនៃភាពធន់ ជួយឲ្យអ្នកចូលរួមយល់អំពីការគិតបែបភាពធន់ បង្កើនការយល់ដឹងអំពីការប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍សម្រាប់ការគិតបែបភាពធន់ និងជួយពួកគេឱ្យអាចយកឈ្នះលើបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានានៅពេលអនាគតបាន។

On the 08th May 2026 Youth For Cambodia (YFC) project conducted a workshop on “Why Resilience Matters” for youth leaders from all nine target villages at Hun Sen Koh Nhek primary School. The workshop was held from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and was attended by 75 participants including 61 females.
The purpose of the workshop was to provide participants with a basic understanding of the concept of resilience, help them develop resilience thinking, raise awareness of tools used for resilience thinking, and assist them in overcoming future challenges.

ថ្ងៃទី០៧ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការសហការគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយដើម្បីកម្អុជា បានសម្របសម្រួលរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាស្ដីពី «អភិបាលកិច្ចសាលារៀន» នៅសាលាបឋមសិក្សាហ៊ុនសែនកោះញែក សម្រាប់គណៈកម្មការគ្រប់គ្រងសាលា នាយក-នាយិកាសាលា កម្រិតបឋមសិក្សា និងមត្តេយ្យសិក្សា ព្រមទាំងការិយាល័យអប់រំស្រុក។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុប ២៨នាក់ ក្នុងនោះស្រី ១៤នាក់ និងបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅរយៈពេលមួយថ្ងៃពេញ។
វគ្គសិក្ខាសាលានេះមានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពអប់រំ តាមរយៈការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាព ចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញរបស់លោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីចូលរួមអភិវឌ្ឍសាលារៀនប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព តម្លាភាព និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់។
On May 7, 2026, the Integral Cooperation Cambodia Organisation(ICC) facilitated and organized a workshop on “School Governance” at Hun Sen Koh Nhek Primary School for School Management Committee members, primary and preschool principles, and the District of Education. The workshop was attended by a total of 28 participants, including 14 women, and was conducted over one full day.
The purpose of this workshop was to promote the quality of education through strengthening the capacities, knowledge, and skills of teachers and relevant stakeholders in order to contribute to effective, transparent, and accountable school development.

នៅថ្ងៃទី០៤ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមជំនុំពូមុល បានផ្តួចផ្តើមរៀបចំសកម្មភាពសម្អាតបរិស្ថាននៅឃុំប៊ូស្រា ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីក្រុមជំនុំផ្សេងៗ អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋសរុបប្រមាណ ៣០០ នាក់។
សកម្មភាពនេះមានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់សុខភាព សោភ័ណ្ឌភាព និងការរស់នៅរបស់សហគមន៍ ព្រមទាំងពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងល្អរវាងក្រុមជំនុំ និងអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន។
ជាលទ្ធផល ក្រុមជំនុំទទួលបានការសរសើរ និងការលើកទឹកចិត្តពីអាជ្ញាធរ និងអ្នកចូលរួមទាំងអស់ ហើយក៏ជាជំហានសំខាន់ក្នុងការចូលរួមអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍។ សកម្មភាពនេះក៏ទទួលបានការគាំទ្រពីគម្រោង CBCD ផងដែរ។
On April 4, 2026, the Poumul Church initiated and organized an environmental clean-up activity in Busra Commune, with the participation of different church groups. Local authorities, and approximately 300 community members.
The activity aimed to improve community health, cleanliness, and living conditions, while also strengthening the relationship between church groups and local authorities.
As a result, the church received appreciation and encouragement from local authorities and participants. This activity also marked an important step toward community development and was supported by the CBCD project.

នៅថ្ងៃទី ១២ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦នេះ គម្រោង ASSE បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំជាមួយលេខាធិការដ្ឋានប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងអំពើជួញដូរមនុស្សខេត្តព្រៃវែង ជាមួយប្រធានបទស្តីពី៖ ការស្វែងយល់ពីរចនាសម័្ពន្ធនៃអង្គភាពនេះ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានអ្នកចូលរួមចំនួន ១៤ នាក់ ស្ត្រី៦នាក់ និងបុរស ៨នាក់។ គោលបំណងនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ គឺដើម្បីទទួលបានព័ត៌មានពីសមាសភាពសមាជិកនៃ PCCT សម្រាប់ថ្នាក់ខេត្តព្រៃវែង ស្រុកគោលដៅ និងឃុំគោលដៅរបស់គម្រោង ក៏ដូចជាពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនង និងធ្វើជាបណ្តាញជាមួយ PCCT ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ផងដែរ ក៏ដើម្បីចូលរួមសហការគ្នា ប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងនឹងអំពើជួញដូរមនុស្ស។ ជាលទ្ធផលនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ គឺសម្រេចតាមផែនការដែលបានគ្រោងទុក បន្ថែមពីនេះ គម្រោងក៏ទទួលបាននូវអនុសាសន៍ល្អៗ និងឯកសារជាច្រើនទៀត ដើម្បីជំនួយដល់ការអនុវត្តគម្រោង។

On 12th February 2026 ASSE project conducted the meeting on understanding the structure of the Provincial Committee for Counter Trafficking (PCCT) in Prey Veng province. There were 14 participants attended (8 Men, 6 Women). This meeting purpose is to receive update composition of PCCT structure in provincial, target district, and target communes, to strengthen the relationship and network with them, also to together for fighting human trafficking. As the result, this meeting was conducted as our plan with receiving a lot of important inputs and materials for supporting our ASSE project implementation.

🌱 រឿងរ៉ាវនៃការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ៖ សាលាបឋមសិក្សាពោធិ៍មង្គល

ដោយមានការគាំទ្រពីគម្រោង ICC-CRA សាលាបឋមសិក្សាពោធិ៍មង្គល នៅខេត្តស្វាយរៀង បានផ្លាស់ប្តូរទាំងបរិយាកាសសិក្សា និងជា​ប្រព័ន្ធការពារកុមារ។
ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់លោកនាយក ទឹម វីរៈ សាលាបានជំរុញសហគមន៍អោយ​ចូលរួម​ ដើម្បីបង្កើតផាសុខភាពនិងភាពទាក់ទាញ ដូចជា សួនផ្កា និងសួនបន្លែ សម្រាប់ការសិក្សា​ ការ​អនុវត្តន៍ផ្ទាល់របស់សិស្ស​ ព្រមទាំងពង្រឹងការយល់ដឹងអំពីសិទ្ធិកុមារ និងការការពារ​ ការរំលោភបំពាន។
សព្វថ្ងៃនេះ សាលាពោធិ៍មង្គល ត្រូវបានទទួលស្គាល់ជាសាលាគំរូ ដែលបង្ហាញពីសីលធម៌ វិន័យ និងការសិក្សារបស់សិស្ស ព្រមទាំង​ឆ្លុះបង្ហាញ​ភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំរឹងមាំ​ នឹង​ការចូលរួមពីសហគមន៍ ហើយ​មាន​ការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរួមគ្នាសម្រាប់សុខុមាលភាពកុមារគ្រប់រូប។

🌱 Story of Change: Por Mongkol Primary School
With support from the ICC-CRA project, Por Mongkol Primary School in Svay Rieng transformed both its learning environment and child protection systems.
Under the leadership of Principal Tim Virak, the school mobilized the community to create clean, engaging spaces like gardens for practical learning, while also strengthening awareness of children’s rights and abuse prevention.
Today, Por Mongkol is recognized as a Model School a reflection of strong leadership, community partnership, and a shared commitment to every child’s well-being.
