សិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី៖គោលនយោបាយដើម្បីបង្កើននិរន្តរភាពនៃសហគ្រាសសហគមន៍ការចិញ្ចឹមជីវិត និងសហគ្រាសសហគមន៍ព្រៃឈើ
សិក្ខាសាលានេះបានធ្វើឡើងនៅក្រុងប៉ាក់សេ ខេត្តចំប៉ាសាក់ ប្រទេសឡាវ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទៅ១៤ ដល់ ១៦ ឧសភា ២០២៦។ អ្នកចូលរួមក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលានេះគឺចំនួន៥២នាក់ មកពី សហគមន៍ព្រៃឈើនិងការចិញ្ជឹមជីវិត(CFLs) សហគ្រាសសហគមន៍ព្រៃឈើ(CFEs) ដែលគាំទ្រក្រោមគម្រោងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពលើភាពធន់នឹងភ្លើងឆេះព្រៃ ការចិញ្ចឹមជីវិត និង ការផ្សារភ្ជាប់ទីផ្សារ (Capacity Building on Enhancing Resilience to Forest Fire, and Local Livelihood and Market Linkage) ដែលគាំទ្រដោយ AFoCO និង AKCF។និងតំណាងរដ្ឋាភិបាលមកពីស្ថាប័នទទួលបន្ទុកគ្រប់គ្រងព្រៃឈើមកពីប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ឡាវ មីយ៉ាន់ម៉ា និងវៀតណាម។
គោលបំណងនៃសិក្ខាសាលាមាន៖១)បង្កើនការយល់ដឹងអំពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃ គោលនយោបាយផលិតផលអនុផលព្រៃឈើ(NTFP) ដែលទាំងរារាំង និងសម្រួលដល់ សហគ្រាសសហគមន៍ព្រៃឈើសហគមន៍ និងជីវភាពរស់នៅ ព្រមទាំងធ្វើការពិនិត្យឡើងវិញនូវគោលនយោបាយ និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលដែលមានស្រាប់ ដែលគ្រប់គ្រងការគ្រប់គ្រង ការប្រើប្រាស់ និងការគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានព្រៃឈើ និងវាយតម្លៃពីរបៀបដែលក្របខ័ណ្ឌទាំងនេះគាំទ្រដល់ជីវភាពរស់នៅ និងសហគ្រាសសហគមន៍ព្រៃឈើ។ ២)ការគ្រប់គ្រងរួមគ្នា ដែលរួមចំណែកដល់សារៈសំខាន់នៃការទទួលស្គាល់ជាផ្លូវការរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលអំពីការគ្រប់គ្រង និងការគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានព្រៃឈើសហគមន៍ និងផលប៉ះពាល់របស់វាទៅលើជីវភាពរស់នៅ និងសហគ្រាសព្រៃឈើប្រកបដោយចីរភាព។ ៣)ផ្ដល់អនុសាសន៍គោលនយោបាយ និងគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សមត្ថភាព ដើម្បីពង្រឹងការចូលប្រើប្រាស់ និងការគ្រប់គ្រងរបស់សហគមន៍លើធនធានព្រៃឈើ រួមទាំងផលិតផលអនុផលព្រៃឈើ (NTFPs) ដែលនឹងលើកកម្ពស់ និរន្តរភាពនៃជីវភាពរស់នៅ និងសហគ្រាសដែលមានមូលដ្ឋានលើព្រៃឈើ។

Workshop on Policies to Enhance Sustainability of Community-Based Forest Livelihoods and Enterprises
This workshop was held in Pakse City, Champasak Province, Laos, from May 14 to 16, 2026. The participants for this workshop were 52 people from the existing CFLs/CFEs supported under the project Capacity Building on Enhancing Resilience to Forest Fire, and Local Livelihood and Market Linkage supported by AFoCO and AKC . And government official representatives from the agencies in charge of forest management from Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar and Vietnam.
Specifically, the regional workshop aims to: 1. Increase awareness of the significance of non-timber forest product (NTFP) policies that both impede and facilitate community forestry enterprises and livelihoods, and conduct a review of existing governmental policies and regulations governing the management, utilization, and control of forest resources, and assess how these frameworks support community forestry livelihoods and enterprises. 2. Impart the importance of official government recognition of community management and control of forest resources and their impact to sustainable forest livelihoods and enterprises. 3. Formulate policy recommendations and capacity development initiatives to strengthen community access to and control over forest resources, including non-timber forest products (NTFPs) that will promote the sustainability of forest-based livelihoods and enterprises.

From April 30 to May 3, 2026, the end-of-project evaluation of the Capacity Building on Enhancing Resilience to Forest Fire, Local Livelihoods, and Market Linkage project was conducted at the Prey Hum Community Forestry in Sangkum Village, Domrey Slab Commune, Kampong Svay District, Kampong Thom Province with the participation of Community Forestry Enterprise and Community Forestry Livelihood leaders from the Prey Kbal Bei Community Forestry and the Trapaing Lapai Communty Forestry of Kompong Thom Province, Bangkong Khmum Community Forestry , Chheuteal Community Forestry, Kraing Thom Community Forestry of Pursat Province, the Chheblech Community Forestry, and Traing Sangke Processing Group of Preah Vihear Province. The evaluation was carried out by an independent consultant from the Philippines and a national independent consultant through interviews and focus group discussions with relevant stakeholders, including local communities where the project had been implemented.

🌿 Workshop on Reflection, Three-Year Work Review, and Future Planning
NTFP-EP Cambodia organized a two-day reflection workshop on 11–12 March 2026 at Somadevi Hotel, Siem Reap, under the AFoCO-CLMV Project supported by AFoCO and AKCF.
The workshop brought together representatives from nine community forestry groups and Forestry Administration officials from five provinces (Kampong Chhnang, Pursat, Siem Reap, Preah Vihear, and Kampong Thom). Participants reflected on the project’s achievements over the past three years, shared lessons learned, good practices, and challenges, and developed action plans for next year.
This workshop also strengthened community governance, collaboration, and ownership in managing community forestry and supporting sustainable livelihoods and forest fire resilience.

កិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល នៅថ្ងៃទៅ២៨ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ របស់អង្គការកម្មវិធីផ្លាស់ប្ដូរបទពិសោធនការអនុផលព្រៃឈើកម្ពុជា(NTFP-EP Cambodia) ដើម្បីពិនិត្យមើលរបាយការណ៏វឌ្ឍនភាពរបស់អង្គការដែលអនវត្តន៍សកម្មភាពកន្លងកម និងផ្តល់ធាតុចូលទៅលើរបៀបវារៈសំខាន់ផ្សេងទៀត។ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍លើលទ្ធផលទទួលបានក្នុងឆ្នាំកន្លងមក និងគំាទ្រទៅលើផែនការសកម្មភាពបន្តទៀត។
The NTFP-EP Cambodia Board of Directors meeting on February 28, 2026, to review the progress report of the organization implementing the past activities and provide input on other important agenda items. The Board of Directors made recommendations on the results achieved in the past year and supported the action plan for the future.

"Enhancing livelihood and job creation of the target communities through the processing of non-timber forest products"
The NTFP-EP Cambodia supports trainers who have learned from expert trainers to process Rice field rattan into small souvenirs for tourism, for display and use at affordable prices to further serve the tourism sector. This training on processing, weaving was extended to the Prey Hum Community Forest in Kampong Thom province, Damrey Slap commune, Kampong Svay district, and the Prey Kbal Bei Community Forest, Ti Po commune, Santuk district, from January 26 to 30, 2026.
The Rice Field Rattan it can processed into various products such as basket, hats, , flower tray, teapot tray, mats, souvenir etc. The above training was implemented in the project to Capacity Building on Enhancing Resilience to Forest Fire, and Local Livelihood and Market Linkage with the Forestry Administration through the ASEAN Forest Cooperation Organization AFoCO-CLMV.
