ចាប់តាំងពីខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដល់ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយមានកិច្ចសហការជាមួយសាលារៀន អង្គការ AAR Japan បានរៀបចំការផ្សព្វផ្សាយការយល់ដឹងស្ដីពីពិការភាពដល់សិស្សានុសិស្សនៅកម្រិតអនុវិទ្យាល័យ រួមមានអនុវិ.ព្រះសីហនុរាជ អនុវិ.សន្លុង អនុវិ.ព្រែកក្របៅ អនុវិ.រកាជន្លឹង អនុវិ.ជ័យធំ អនុវិ.សាកាម៉ូតុទួលបាសាន និងអនុវិ.ត្បូងដំរី ដោយមានសិស្សានុសិស្សចូលរួមសរុបមានចំនួន ៣៥១នាក់ (ស្រី២២២នាក់)។ ប្រធានបទសំខាន់ៗនៅក្នុងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយនេះរួមមាន៖ 1. ការយល់ដឹងពីពិការភាព 2. ការយល់ដឹងពីការអប់រំបរិយាបន្ន 3. សមត្ថភាពរបស់ជនមានពិការភាព និង 4.បទពិសោធន៍ពិការភាព និងឧបសគ្គ ដែលមានការសម្ដែងតួជាជនមានពិការភាព និងឧបសគ្គដែលរារាំងក្នុងការចូលរួម។ តាមរយៈការផ្សព្វផ្សាយការយល់ដឹងនេះ និងបទពិសោធន៍សម្ដែងតួជាជនមានពិការភាពអាចឱ្យសិស្សានុសិស្សយល់ដឹងពីសមត្ថភាពរបស់ជនមានពិការភាព និងឧបសគ្គដែលរារាំងពួកគេក្នុងការចូលរួម សាកល្បងទទួលបទពិសោធន៍ក្នុងនាមជាជនមានពិការភាព និងវិធីសាស្ត្រក្នុងការជួយគាំទ្រជនមានពិការភាព លុបបំបាត់ការរើសអើងនៅក្នុងសាលារៀន និងសង្គម ធ្វើយ៉ាងកសាងសង្គមមួយប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន។

From December 2025 to January 2026, in cooperation with the schools, AAR Japan organized a disability awareness-raising campaign for secondary school students at Sihanouk Reach, Sanlong, Prek Krabao, Roka Chunloeng, Chey Thom, Sakamoto Tuol Basan, and Tboung Domrey Lower Secondary Schools, with a total of 351 students (222 females) participating.

Key topics covered in this outreach include: 1. Understanding of disability 2. Understanding of inclusive education 3. Abilities of persons with disabilities and 4. Experiences of disability and barriers, including role-play activities simulating disabilities and barriers to participation.

Through this awareness activity, students gained an understanding of the abilities of persons with disabilities and the barriers that prevent their participation. They also experienced simulations of living with disabilities and learned practical ways to support persons with disabilities, reduce discrimination in schools and society, and promote a more inclusive community.

កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ២៥ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ អង្គការ AAR Japan បាននាំយកតង់ចំនួន 92 តង់ ផ្ដល់ជូនសម្រាប់គ្រួសារភៀសសឹកដែលបានស្នាក់បណ្ដោះអាសន្ននៅក្នុង៤ជំរំ នៃស្រុកស្រែអំបិល ខេត្តកោះកុង ដែលមានទីតាំង៖ ១)ជំរំវត្តសាលាម្នាង ២)ជំរំវត្តមន្នីជីខលើ ៣)ជំរំវត្តស្រែអំបិល ៤)ជំរំវត្តអង្គរភ្នំខ្លុង។

On 25 December 2025, AAR Japan provided 92 tents to support displaced families who were temporarily staying in four evacuation camps in Sre Ambel District, Koh Kong Province, located at:
1. Sala Mneang Pagoda 2. Moni Chi kha Leu Pagoda 3. Sre Ambel Pagoda and 4. Angkor Phnom Khloung Pagoda

On 19 December 2025, AAR Japan, in cooperation with Karuna Battambang Organization, provided essential relief items to support displaced people affected by the Cambodia–Thailand border conflict in Bavel District, Battambang Province. The assistance included 100 kg of rice, 15 six-packs of soy sauce and fish sauce, 1 case of canned fish, 5 kg of sausage, 20 mosquito nets, 20 sleeping mats, 20 blankets, snacks, medicines, learning materials for children, and various other essential items.

ថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ អង្គការ AAR Japan បានចូលរួមនាំយកសម្ភារៈជំនួយសម្រាប់ជនភៀសសឹកនៃជម្លោះព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ទៅកាន់ខេត្តកោះកុង និងខេត្តបាត់ដំបង ដែលសម្ភារៈរួមមាន ស្បៀងអាហារ មុង ភួយ កន្ទេល សម្ភារៈសុខភាព និងអនាម័យ សម្ភារៈសិក្សាសម្រាប់កុមារ និងអាហាររូបត្ថម្ភ។


On 18 December 2025, AAR Japan participated in delivering relief supplies to evacuees affected by the Cambodia–Thailand border conflict in Koh Kong and Battambang provinces. The supplies included food rations, mosquito nets, sleeping mats, health and hygiene materials, educational supplies for children, and nutritional food.

វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះមានគោលបំណងសំខាន់ៗរួមមាន៖
• កសាង និងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពបុគ្គលិកមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ស្ត្រី និងមន្ទីរកិច្ចការនារី ឱ្យយល់ដឹងអំពីជំនាញទន់ និងអាចបន្តបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលទៅដល់សិក្ខាកាមនៅមូលដ្ឋាន
• ជួយឱ្យសិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់ រួមទាំងសិក្ខាកាមមានពិការភាព ទទួលបានជំនាញទន់ និងសមត្ថភាពចាំបាច់ ដើម្បីចូលរួមប្រកបអាជីពការងារបានប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព
លើសពីនេះ វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះក៏បានរួមចំណែកក្នុងការភ្ជាប់បណ្ដាញទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ស្ត្រីខេត្តកណ្ដាល និងទីភ្នាក់ងារជាតិមុខរបរ និងការងារ (NEA) ដើម្បីស្វែងយល់ និងចែករំលែកព័ត៌មានទីផ្សារការងារ ជួយគាំទ្រការស្វែងរកការងារ ព្រមទាំងការគាំទ្រទាំងជំនាញទន់ និងជំនាញរឹង ដល់សិក្ខាកាម ឱ្យអាចប្រកបអាជីពការងារបានប្រកបដោយគុណភាព និងប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់។

On 10–11 December 2025, under the cooperation between the Ministry of Women’s Affairs and AAR Japan, with collaboration from the National Employment Agency (NEA) of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, which as the training facilitator, a training course on “Soft Skills and Career Counseling” was organized for project staff. Participants were from the Ministry of Women’s Affairs, the Kandal Provincial Department of Women’s Affairs, the Kandal Provincial Women’s Development Center, and social affairs officers from the Khsach Kandal District Administration.
The opening ceremony of the training was presided over by Mrs. Sav Kimsoeun, Deputy Director General of the Department General of Gender Equality and Economic Development, Ministry of Women’s Affairs. A total of 14 participants attended the training (12 were women)
The objectives of the training were:
• To build the capacity of staff from Women’s Development Centers and Departments of Women’s Affairs to better understand soft skills and to enable them to further transfer this knowledge to trainees at the grassroots level;
• To support all trainees, including trainees with disabilities, in acquiring soft skills, competencies, and capacities necessary to effectively participate in the labor market.
In addition, the training served as a platform to strengthen networking and collaboration between the Kandal Provincial Women’s Development Center and the National Employment Agency (NEA), enhancing understanding of labor market information. This cooperation aims to better support job search efforts and provide both soft and hard skills development for trainees, thereby improving the quality and effectiveness of their career pathways and employment opportunities.
