保温箱全球奖助金捐赠活动

2026年7月30日，金边首都扶轮社在 P Annie 社长的带领下，与社员们前往位于1号路77公里的 Luek Deak 医院，举行全球奖助金新生儿保温箱捐赠仪式。
本次活动由 Luek Deak 医院院长 沙拉 热情接待，并代表医院接受捐赠。保温箱将用于照护早产儿及需要特殊医疗照护的新生儿，为当地医疗服务提供更完善的医疗设备，也为更多新生命带来希望。
本案全球奖助金计划由 PP Eama 于前一届任内发起、规划并完成申请，在申请过程中投入了大量心力，最终于 P Annie 社长任内顺利完成捐赠仪式，充分展现扶轮服务的延续与传承，也体现了历届社员及社员共同努力的成果。
特别感谢国际合作社台北市西华扶轮社 的支持与协助，并诚挚感谢 国际扶轮 D3330、D3600 及 D3523 的地区配合与支持，共同促成本次全球奖助金计划顺利完成，为当地医疗资源提升贡献一份力量。

**Global Grant Incubator Donation Ceremony**

**Venue:** Luek Deak Hospital, National Road No. 1, Km 77
On **July 30, 2026**, the Rotary Club of Phnom Penh Capital, led by **President Annie**, together with club members, visited **Luek Deak Hospital** at Kilometer 77 on National Road No. 1 to hold the **Global Grant Neonatal Incubator Donation Ceremony**.
The delegation was warmly welcomed by **Dr. Sara**, Director of Luek Deak Hospital, who officially accepted the donation on behalf of the hospital. The neonatal incubator will be used to provide essential care for premature infants and newborns requiring specialized medical attention, strengthening the hospital's neonatal care capacity and bringing hope to countless newborn lives and their families.
This Global Grant project was initiated, planned, and successfully submitted during the term of **PP Eama**, who devoted significant time and effort throughout the application process. The project was then successfully completed with the donation ceremony during the presidency of **President Annie**, demonstrating the continuity and legacy of Rotary service, as well as the collective dedication and teamwork of successive club leaders and members.
We extend our sincere appreciation to our international partner, the **Rotary Club of Taipei Hsi Hua**, for its invaluable support and cooperation. We also gratefully acknowledge the generous support of **Rotary Districts 3330, 3600, and 3523**, whose collaboration made this Global Grant project possible and contributed to enhancing local healthcare resources.
Finally, we would like to thank all Rotary members, the medical team at Luek Deak Hospital, and every member of the Rotary Club of Phnom Penh Capital who participated in this project. Through our collective efforts, we have brought Rotary's compassion and service to those who need it most, living out the Rotary motto, **"Service Above Self,"** and creating a lasting, positive impact on the community.
