🎉【金边首都扶轮社第225次例会 圆满举行】🎉
扶轮的例会，不只是大家聚在一起吃饭、开会或交流，
更是一个让社友分享近况、凝聚想法，并一起思考如何服务社区的重要时刻。
在本次第225次例会中，P Annie 与社友们分享近期首都社的服务行动与未来计划。並预告今年12月22日首都社授证典礼将于台湾举办，我们也期待透过更多交流，让台湾与柬埔寨的扶轮情谊持续延续。
同时，首都社也正式展开新年度的服务行动。近期完成了教育局厕所改善捐赠，服务不一定每一次都要很大，有时候能真正改善对方日常使用的环境，就是最实际、也最有意义的帮助。教育局每天都承担着推动教育、服务学校、老师和学生的重要工作。今天我们能够尽一点力量，协助改善这里的环境，也希望需要的人，能有更干净、更方便、更舒适的空间
接下来，我们也将进行更多服务场勘，好的服务不是我们自己想像对方需要什么，而是要先走进现场、了解需求，再一起讨论如何让服务更有效。
这次例会中，我们也一起为七月份生日的社友庆生。扶轮不只是服务，也是一个彼此支持、一起成长、像家人一样陪伴的地方。
新年度才刚开始，首都社会持续一边行动、一边学习，也欢迎更多朋友认识扶轮、加入我们的行列，一起用行动服务社区，创造真正看得见的影响力。

🎉 **Phnom Penh Capital Rotary Club Successfully Holds Its 225th Regular Meeting** 🎉
A Rotary club meeting is more than just gathering for dinner, meetings, or fellowship. It is a meaningful opportunity for members to share updates, exchange ideas, strengthen friendships, and discuss how we can better serve our community.
During the 225th Regular Meeting, President Annie shared the club's recent service activities and upcoming plans. She also announced that the **Phnom Penh Capital Rotary Club Charter Anniversary Celebration** will be held in **Taiwan on December 22**. We look forward to strengthening the friendship between Rotary members in Taiwan and Cambodia through continued fellowship and collaboration.
At the same time, the club has officially launched its new Rotary year of service. One of our recent projects was the donation to improve the restroom facilities at the Department of Education. Service does not always have to be large-scale. Sometimes, improving the everyday environment for those who use it can make the most practical and meaningful difference. The Department of Education plays a vital role in supporting schools, teachers, and students every day. We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute and help create a cleaner, more convenient, and more comfortable environment for everyone who needs it.
Looking ahead, we will continue conducting community needs assessments before launching future service projects. Meaningful service begins by listening, understanding real needs, and working together to create solutions that truly make a difference.
During this meeting, we also celebrated the birthdays of our members born in July. Rotary is not only about service—it is also about friendship, mutual support, and growing together like one family.
As the new Rotary year begins, Phnom Penh Capital Rotary Club remains committed to learning through action and serving with purpose. We warmly welcome more friends to learn about Rotary and join us in creating lasting, positive change in our community.
