"បណ្ដាញយុវជន ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគមន៍ (Youth Network for Community Development)" ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងដោយក្រុមយុវជន ដែលមានឆន្ទៈមុះមុត ដើម្បីបណ្ដុះធនធានយុវជនដែលប្រកបដោយសក្ដានុពល ក្នុងការចូលរួមកែប្រែមុខមាត់សហគមន៍ឲ្យបានប្រសើរឡើង និងរស់នៅរួមគ្នាប្រកបដោយសុខដមរម្យនា។

ពួកយើងធ្វើការរួមគ្នា ដោយគោរពឆ្ទៈ និងឲ្យតំលៃគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ដោយប្រកាន់ភ្ជាប់នូវបាវចនា៖

* ចក្ខុវិស័យ (Vision) ៖
បង្កើនគុណភាពនៃធនធានមនុស្ស ជាពិសេសយុវជន ក្នុងការបំពេញការងារប្រកបដោយទំនួលខុសត្រូវ ដើម្បីចូលរួមកសាងសង្គមមួយដែលរុងរឿង ស្អាតស្អំ ឯករាជ្យ និងសុខដមរម្យនា។
Improve the quality of human resources, particularly youth to work with accountability to build a prosperous society, clean, independence, and harmony.

* បេសកកម្ម (Mission)
- ផ្សព្វផ្សាយ អប់រំ ពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាព ជំនាញ រួមទាំង Soft Skill និង Critical thinking របស់យុវជន ស្របទៅតាមសម័យកាលសាកលភាវូនីយកម្ម និង ការរីកចំរើននៃបច្ចេកវិទ្យា។
- ផ្លាស់ប្ដូរផ្នត់គំនិត (Mind-set) របស់យុវជន ក៏ដូចជាប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងសហគមន៍ ឲ្យផ្ដល់តំលៃទៅលើការអប់រំទាំងផ្នែកសង្គម និងវិទ្យាស្រ្ត។
- ស្វែងយល់ វិភាគបញ្ហាដែលមាននៅតាមមូលដ្ឋាន និងផ្ដល់ដំណោះស្រាយឲ្យបានសមរម្យ និងស្របតាមពេលវេលា។
- ផ្លាស់ប្ដូរស្ថានភាពសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរបស់សហគមន៍ឲ្យឈានទៅរកភាពល្អប្រសើរ ដែលជាមូលដ្ឋានបង្កើតបានសង្គមមួយដែលរីកចំរើនរុងរឿង។
