Banteay Meanchey 09/09/26៖ សូមអបអរសាទរដល់ក្រុមហ៊ុនខ្មែរហ្វួតហ្គ្រុប (Khmer Foods Group) និងសហគមន៍កសិកម្មពោធិ៍រាំបុណ្យចម្រើនផល សហគមន៍កសិកម្មរំដួលទានកាំ (បន្ទាយមានជ័យ) និងបណ្តុំអាជីវកម្មស្រូវដំណើបស្បៃមង្គល (បាត់ដំបង) ដែលបានឈានដល់ការព្រមព្រៀង និងបានចុះហត្ថលេខាលើផលិតកម្មកសិកម្មតាមកិច្ចសន្យា ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពស់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម ឌិត ទីណា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ។ ក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌនៃគម្រោង PCRL ដែលផ្តល់មូនិធិដោយ GEF/FAO ក្រុមអ្នកជំនាញអង្គការ CIRD នឹងបន្តប្រឹងប្រែងផ្តល់ជំនួយបច្ចេកទេសដល់ក្រុមកសិករគោលដៅក្នុងការផលិត និងការអនុវត្តប្រព័ន្ធត្រួតពិនិត្យផ្ទៃក្នុងដើម្បីគុណភាពស្រូវឆ្លើយតបទៅតាមលក្ខណ្ឌតម្រូវនៃទីផ្សារនាំចេញ។
Congratulations to Khmer Foods Group Co., Ltd. and the two Agricultural Cooperatives in Banteay Meanchey and one Business Cluster in Battambang for reaching an agreement and signing a contract farming agreement under the presidency of His Excellency Dith Tina, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries. Under PCRL project funded by GEF/FAO, our CIRD team continue their dedicated efforts to provide technical assistance to the target farmers in producing and in implementing Internal Management Systems (IMS) to ensure paddy rice quality meets export market requirements.

ក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌគម្រោង PEARL ដែលទទួលបានការគាំទ្រថវិកាពីមូលនិធិ GCF តាមរយៈអង្គការ FAO អង្គការ CIRD បាននិងកំពុងផ្តល់សេវាបច្ចេកទេសដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់អង្គការកសិករ (ACs/PGs) ចំនួន ២៣ ក្នុងខេត្តព្រះវិហារ។ ចាប់ពីខែមិថុនា ដល់ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ បន្ទាប់ពីបានបញ្ចប់ការវាស់ស្ទង់សមត្ថភាព ACs រួចមក អង្គការ CIRD បានរៀបចំការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល កិច្ចប្រជុំ សិក្ខាសាលា និងការចុះបង្ហាត់បង្រៀនជាក់ស្តែង ដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់សហគមន៍កសិកម្មគោលដៅក្នុងការរៀបចំ និងអនុវត្តផែនការអាជីវកម្មរបស់ពួកគេ។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ ការផ្សារភ្ជាប់ទីផ្សារក៏ត្រូវបានសម្របសម្រួលតាមរយៈអភិក្រមកសិកម្មតាមកិច្ចសន្យាផងដែរ។
Under the PEARL project, funded by the GCF through the FAO, CIRD has been providing technical services to support 23 agricultural cooperatives in Preah Vihear province. From June to September 2026, following the completion of capacity assessments, CIRD delivered trainings, meetings, workshops, and on-site coaching to support the target ACs/FOs in developing and implementing their business plans. In addition, market linkages were facilitated through a contract farming approach.

ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦៖ CIRD បានចូលរួមសហការជាមួយក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម សហព័ន្ធស្វាយចន្ទីកម្ពុជា និង អង្គការ GIZ/CAPSAFE ក្នុងការរៀបចំ និងសម្របសម្រួល សិក្ខាសាលាថ្នាក់តំបន់ចំនួនបី ស្តីអំពី "ការផ្សព្វផ្សាយរបាយការណ៍វាយតម្លៃពាក់កណ្តាលអាណត្តិ គោលនយោបាយជាតិស្តីពីស្វាយចន្ទី ឆ្នាំ២០២២-២០២៧ និង ការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសរើសសមាសភាពក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលនៃសហព័ន្ធស្វាយចន្ទីកម្ពុជា អាណត្តិទី២" ដែលបានរៀបចំឡើងនៅមណ្ឌលភូមិភាគ សៀមរាប (20/08/26) ក្រចេះ (26/08/26) និងរតនគិរី(28/06/26)។ មានតួអង្គនៃខ្សែច្រវ៉ាក់តម្លៃស្វាយចន្ទី និងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធមកពីខេត្តចំនួន ១០ និងមកពីភ្នំពេញ បានចូលរួមក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលាទាំងបី។
20-28/08/26: In collaboration with MoC, CCF and GIZ/CAPSAFE, CIRD team participated in organization and facilitation the 3 regional workshops to dissemination the mid-term evaluation report of the implementation of the National Cashew Policy 2022-2027 and the Election to select regional representatives to the Board of Cambodia Cashew Federation (CCF), 2nd mandate. The 3 WS were conducted in Siem Reap (region 1), Kratie (region 2) and Rattanakiri (region 3). There were key actors and stakeholders from 10 provinces and from Phnom Penh participated in the 3 WS.

បាត់ដំបង និងបន្ទាយមានជ័យ ថ្ងៃទី ២០–២១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦៖ គម្រោង PCRL (គាំទ្រថវិកាពី GEF/FAO ដឹកនាំដោយអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានក្សត្រសាស្ត្រ-GDA, អនុវត្តដោយអង្គការ CIRD) ក្រុមការងារគម្រោងរបស់យើងបានសហការជាមួយនាយកដ្ឋាន កសិ-ឧស្សាហកម្ម (DAI/MAFF) ដើម្បីសម្របសម្រួលការផ្សារភ្ជាប់ទីផ្សារ តាមរយៈផលិតកម្មកសិកម្មតាមកិច្ចសន្យា (CF) រវាងសហគមន៍កសិកម្មគោលដៅ និងក្រុមហ៊ុន Khmer Food Group។
បន្ទាប់ពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងកសិកម្មតាមកិច្ចសន្យាត្រូវបានចុះហត្ថលេខា អាទិភាពចម្បងរបស់ក្រុមការងារ CIRD គឺការផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេសដល់កសិករ និងសហគមន៍កសិកម្មរបស់ពួកគេ។ ការងារនេះរួមបញ្ចូលទាំងការធានាឱ្យការផលិតស្រូវអនុលោមតាមស្តង់ដារ SRP ព្រមទាំងការរៀបចំ និងអនុវត្តប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងផ្ទៃក្នុង (IMS) ដែលចាំបាច់សម្រាប់ការត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងការបញ្ជាក់គុណភាពពីភាគីទីបី។

Battambang and Banteay Meanchey, 20–21 August 2026: Under the PCRL project—funded by GEF/FAO, led by GDA/MAFF, and implemented by CIRD—our project team collaborated with the DAI of MAFF to facilitate market linkages through Contract Farming (CF) between target agricultural cooperatives (ACs) and the Khmer Food Group rice milling and export company. Once the contract farming agreement is signed, a major priority of our CIRD team will be providing technical support to farmers and their ACs. This includes ensuring paddy rice production complies with SRP standards, as well as establishing and implementing an Internal Management System (IMS) required for third-party inspection and certification.

PVH & KgT, Jun-July 2026, អង្គការ CIRD, APOPO និង ECOTOP បានសហការណ៍រៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល-អនុវត្តស្តីអំពី "កសិរុក្ខកម្មបន្សាំនឹងមជ្ឈដ្ឋាន" ចំនួន ៥ វគ្គ នៅទីកន្លែងផ្សេងៗគ្នាចំនួន ៥ ក្នុងខេត្តព្រះវិហារ និងខេត្តកំពង់ធំ និងមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ២០៤ នាក់ (ស្រ្តី ១១០ នាក់) ដែលជាកសិករគំរូ មន្ត្រីកសិកម្មឃុំ និងមន្ត្រីមកពីអង្គការនានាដែលធ្វើការលើវិស័យកសិកម្ម។ ក្នុងកំឡុងពេលនៃវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ (វគ្គនិមួយៗមានរយៈពេល៣ថ្ងៃ) គ្រូបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងសិក្ខាកាមបានរួមគ្នារៀបចំបង្កើតកសិដ្ឋានកសិរុក្ខកម្មបន្សាំនឹងមជ្ឈដ្ឋាន ជាគំរូបានចំនួន ៥ នៅតាមកន្លែងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនិមួយៗ។
CIRD, APOPO, and ECOTOP collaborated to organize 5 practical training courses on "Syntropic Agroforestry" across 5 different locations in Preah Vihear and Kampong Thom provinces, with a total of 204 participants (110 women), including lead farmers, commune agricultural officers, and staff from various organizations working in the agricultural sector. During these training courses (each lasting 3 days), the trainers and trainees jointly established 5 model syntropic agroforestry farms at each training site.

Banteay Meanchey, 12/06/26: ក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌនៃគម្រោងមួយដែលផ្តល់មូនិធិដោយសាជីវកម្មហិរញ្ញវត្ថុអន្តរជាតិនៃក្រុមធនាគារពិភពលោក អង្គការ CIRD បានផ្តល់ការគាំទ្របច្ចេកទេសដល់កសិករ និងសហគមន៍កសិកម្មក្នុងការផលិត និងផ្គត់ផ្គង់ស្រូវស្តង់ដានិរន្តរភាព អេស.អ.ភី ដល់ក្រុមហ៊ុននាំចេញមួយចំនួន។ ថ្ងៃនេះ CIRD បានសហការណ៍ជាមួយមន្ទីរកសិកម្មខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យក្នុងការរៀបចំ និងធ្វើជាសាក្សីក្នុងពិធីចុះកិច្ចសន្យាលើ “ផលិតកម្មកសិកម្មតាមកិច្ចសន្យាក្នុងការផលិត និងផ្គត់ផ្គង់ស្រូវ SRP ចំនួន ៥៤០០ តោន” រវាងក្រុមហ៊ុនស៊ីកនេតឈ័រ រាយស៍ ឯ.ក និងសហគមន៍កសិកម្ម-ក្រុមផលិតចំនួន ៥ នៅស្រុកមង្គលបុរី ស្រុកភ្នំស្រុក និងស្រុកព្រះនេត្រព្រះខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ និងស្រុកក្រឡាញ់ខេត្តសៀមរាប។
Under a project funded by IFC-World Bank Group, CIRD provides technical support to farmers and their cooperatives to produce and supply SRP rice to different millers/export companies. Today a Contract Farming signing between Signature Rice Co., Ltd. and five Agricultural Cooperatives-Producer Groups in Mongkul Borey, Phnom Srok, and Preah Neth Preah districts (Bantey Meanchey) and Kralanh district (Siem Reap) for a supply of 5,400 MT of SRP rice.

🌿 Syntropic Agroforestry Training in Cambodia
Open Training | 22–24 June 2026
📍 Krabao village, Kulen Tbong commune, Kulen district, Preah Vihear Province

APOPO HeroTREEs and the Cambodian Institute for Research and Rural Development (CIRD), through the Syntropic Agroforestry Innovation Accelerator (SAIA), invite organisations, practitioners, trainers, lead farmers, and interested stakeholders to join a practical 3-day training on Syntropic Agroforestry.

This training is part of SAIA, an initiative supporting the testing, learning, and scaling of regenerative farming systems through field practice, demonstration plots, and farmer-centred innovation.

The training will be organised in collaboration with ECOTOP, a Swiss agroforestry consultancy with more than 25 years of experience in Dynamic/Syntropic Agroforestry Systems across Africa, Latin America, Asia, and Europe.

🌱 Training focus
A special focus of this training will be on cashew-based syntropic agroforestry systems. Cashew is an important crop for Cambodia, and syntropic agroforestry can help strengthen its long-term productivity, resilience, and market potential.
Through syntropic agroforestry, cashew systems can help to:
- reduce opportunity costs through short- and medium-term intercrops;
- improve soil cover, water retention, and climate resilience;
- build biodiverse systems that are more stable over time;
- reduce dependence on expensive chemical inputs;
- support organic and premium production models;
- position Cambodian cashew as an innovative, high-quality product in the global market.

Participants will also learn how syntropic agroforestry works in practice, including:
- living layers and crop strata;
- covered soil and living mulch;
- biomass cycling and pruning management;
- species selection and plot design;
- demonstration plot establishment;
- adaptation to Cambodian crops, soils, and landscapes.

Day 1: Principles, system logic, succession, stratification, and Cambodian application contexts
Day 2: Design, species selection, spacing, soil cover, and site preparation
Day 3: Practical field establishment, management discussion, and next steps for implementation
