Chicken distribution to people in Kampong Cham province
We are thrilled and deeply grateful for the incredible opportunity through the Giving Machine! Because of your immense generosity, Mentors Cambodia has been able to provide 500 families across Siem Reap and Kampong Cham with a sustainable start—distributing a total of 7,500 chickens (15 per family!) to kickstart their journeys. 🐓✨
But this isn't just about giving a handout—it's about building a lifeline. At Mentors Cambodia, we believe the true path out of poverty is through entrepreneurship and mentoring. By giving families these livestock assets along with the essential business skills, guidance, and mentorship they need, we are empowering them to become self-reliant entrepreneurs.
Our hope is that these 15 chickens will grow into multiple, thriving flocks, generating a sustainable poultry business that provides regular income, food security, and a brighter future for the next generation. 🌾📈
