១. ផ្តល់សិទ្ធិអំណាចដល់សិទ្ធិនៃភាសាសញ្ញាកម្ពុជា (CSL)! ចូរយើងទទួលស្គាល់ លើកកម្ពស់ និងការពារអត្តសញ្ញាណភាសា និងវប្បធម៌របស់សហគមន៍មនុស្ស ថ្លង់កម្ពុជា។
កម្មវិធីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍មនុស្សថ្លង់បានសហការជាមួយសហគមន៍មនុស្សថ្លង់កម្ពុជា ដើម្បីទទួលស្គាល់សិទ្ធិរបស់ពួកគេក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ភាសាសញ្ញា និងពិភាក្សាអំពីផែនការតស៊ូមតិបឋម។

២. សិក្ខាសាលា CSL សហការជាមួយក្រុម NISE និង DDP
ថ្ងៃដ៏មានផលិតភាពនៃភាពជាដៃគូ និងការរៀនសូត្រ!
NISE និងក្រុម DDP បានមកជួបជុំគ្នាដើម្បីពង្រឹងការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរួមគ្នារបស់យើងក្នុងការជំរុញភាសាសញ្ញាកម្ពុជា (CSL) ក្នុងវិស័យអប់រំ និងសហគមន៍។
សិក្ខាសាលានេះផ្តោតលើការកែលម្អកិច្ចសហការ ការកសាងការយល់ដឹងកាន់តែច្បាស់អំពីតម្រូវការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ CSL និងការកំណត់ជំហានជាក់ស្តែងដើម្បីគាំទ្រសហគមន៍ថ្លង់នៅទូទាំងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
យើងសូមកោតសរសើរចំពោះការចូលរួមចំណែករបស់អ្នករាល់គ្នា ហើយទន្ទឹងរង់ចាំដំណាក់កាលបន្ទាប់នៃការងារ CSL រួមគ្នារបស់យើង។

៣. សិក្ខាសាលា CSL សម្រាប់អ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងអ្នកធ្វើគោលនយោបាយ
សិក្ខាសាលា CSL មួយត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើងនៅការិយាល័យឧត្តមស្នងការសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស (OHCHR) ជាមួយតំណាងមកពីអង្គការ Krousar Thmey, Disability Action Council, OHCHR, Access 2 និងដៃគូផ្សេងៗទៀត។ វគ្គនេះផ្តោតលើការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីជំរុញភាសាសញ្ញាកម្ពុជា (CSL)។
នៅចុងបញ្ចប់នៃថ្ងៃនោះ ក្រុមនេះបានបង្កើតសេចក្តីព្រាងក្របខ័ណ្ឌសហការសម្រាប់ការជំរុញ និងការទទួលស្គាល់ភាសាសញ្ញាកម្ពុជា (CSL)។

1. Empowering the rights of Cambodian Sign Language (CSL)! Let's recognize, promote, and protect the linguistic and cultural identity of the Deaf Cambodian community.
The Deaf Development Programme was collaborating with the Cambodian Deaf community to acknowledge their rights to use sign language and discussing a preliminary advocacy plan.

2. Collaborative CSL Workshop with the NISE and DDP Team
A productive day of partnership and learning!
NISE and the DDP Team came together to strengthen our shared commitment to advancing Cambodian Sign Language (CSL) in education and community settings.
The workshop focused on improving collaboration, building a clearer understanding of CSL development needs, and identifying practical steps to support Deaf communities across Cambodia.
We appreciate everyone’s contributions and look forward to the next stages of our joint CSL work.
3. CSL Seminar for Stakeholders and Policymakers
A CSL Seminar was held at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) with representatives from Krousar Thmey, Disability Action, OHCHR, AccessTWO, and other partners. The session focused on strengthening cooperation to advance Cambodian Sign Language (CSL).
By the end of the day, the group produced a draft Collaborative Framework for the Advancement and Recognition of Cambodian Sign Language (CSL).
