ប្រទេសថៃបានជ្រើសរើសមេធាវីពីររូបសម្រាប់យន្តការនៃការផ្សះផ្សារដោយចាប់បង្ខំ ដែលស្ថិតនៅក្រោមអនុសញ្ញាអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ស្តីពីនីតិសមុទ្រ (UNCLOS)។

Thailand has named two lawyers for UNCLOS conciliation team: 1) Judge Albert J. Hoffmann, President of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) and 2) Rüdiger Wolfrum is a German jurist and the current professor of international law at the Heidelberg University Faculty of Law and director emeritus of the Heidelberg Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law.
