នៅថ្ងៃទី២៥-២៦ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមការងារអង្គការ ICSO បានសហការជាមួយនាយកដ្ឋានអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនជាតិភាគតិច នៃក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ រៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំវាយតម្លៃលក្ខណៈវិនិច្ឆ័យអត្ដសញ្ញាណសហគមន៍ជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច នៅភូមិល្អឺនក្រែន ឃុំអូរជុំ ស្រុកអូរជុំ និងភូមិក្រឡា ឃុំប៉ូយ ស្រុកអូរជុំ ខេត្ដរតនគិរី ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងវាយតម្លៃកំណត់អត្តសញ្ញាណសហគមន៍ជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច ដោយមានការចូលរួមពី តំណាងសាលាខេត្ត តំណាងមន្ទីរអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទខេត្ត លោកអភិបាលរងនៃគណៈអភិបាលស្រុកអូរជុំ លោកស្រីមេឃុំអូរជុំ លោកជំទប់ទី២ឃុំប៉ូយ លោកនាយកប្រតិបត្តិ និងក្រុមការងារអង្គការគាំទ្រសហគមន៍ជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច (ICSO) លោកមេភូមិ សមាជិកគណៈកម្មាធិការ និងបងប្អូនជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច ទំពួន និង គ្រឹង សរុបចំនួន ២៣៩នាក់ ស្រ្តី១៣៤នាក់។ កម្មវិធីបានដំណើរការស្របតាមរបៀបវារៈ ដោយទទួលបានលទ្ធផលមានដូចខាងក្រោម៖
១.បងប្អូនជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចបានបង្ហាញពីអត្តសញ្ញាណរបស់ខ្លួនជាជនជាតិដេីមភាគតិច គ្រឹង មានជាតិពន្ធុ វប្បធម៌ ប្រពៃណី ទំនៀមទម្លាប់ ជំនឿ សង្គម ភាសា
២.បងប្អូនជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចបានប្រកាសថាខ្លួនពិតជាជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច
៣.បានយល់ដឹងពីសារៈប្រយោជន៍ការទទួលស្គាល់អត្តសញ្ញាណសហគមន៍ជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច និងបានឯកភាពក្នុងការស្នើសុំការទទួលស្គាល់អត្តសញ្ញាណជាសហគមន៍ជនជាតិដេីមភាគតិច ពីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទស្របតាមច្បាប់
៤. បានពង្រឹងការអនុវត្តលក្ខន្តិក: និងបទបញ្ជាផ្ទៃក្នុងសហគមន៍ដល់គណៈកម្មាធិការសមាជិកសហគមន៍ ដើម្បីជំរុញការដឹកនាំ និងការគ្រប់គ្រងសហគមន៍ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធផល និងប្រសិទ្ធភាព។
On March 25–26, 2026, the ICSO team collaborated with the Department of Indigenous Peoples Development of the Ministry of Rural Development to organize a meeting to evaluate the criteria for identifying Indigenous communities in L’uen Kren Village, OChum Commune, OChum District, and Krala Village, Poy Commune, OChum District, Ratanakiri Province.
The purpose of this meeting was to review and assess the criteria for recognizing the identity of Indigenous communities. The meeting was attended by representatives from the Provincial Hall, representatives from the Provincial Department of Rural Development, the Deputy Governor of OChum District Administration, the Commune Chief of OChum Commune, the Second Deputy Commune Chief of Poy Commune, the Executive Director and staff of the Indigenous Community Support Organization (ICSO), village chiefs, community committee members, and Indigenous community members of the Tumpuon and Kreung ethnic groups. In total, 239 participants attended, including 134 women.
The meeting was conducted according to the planned agenda and achieved the following results:
1. Indigenous community members presented their identity as Kreung Indigenous people, including their ethnicity, culture, traditions, customs, beliefs, social practices, and language.
2. Indigenous community members declared that they are genuinely Indigenous peoples.
3. Participants gained a better understanding of the benefits of obtaining official recognition of their Indigenous community identity and agreed to request formal recognition as an Indigenous community from the Ministry of Rural Development in accordance with the law.
4. The meeting strengthened the understanding and implementation of the community’s statutes and internal regulations among community committee members to promote effective and efficient leadership and community management.

On March 20, 2026, the ICSO team collaborated with the local authorities of the Kok Commune Administration to organize a meeting to discuss the structure and adjust the composition of the Charay Indigenous Community Committee of Sala Village, Kok Commune, Borkeov District, Ratanakiri Province, which was elected in 2012.
As a result, after the ICSO team presented the purpose of the meeting and further discussions were held with the participation of the Kok Commune councilor, the committee, and community members, they agreed to request the election of 11 new committee members to replace those who had passed away, become elderly, or moved to another village. ICSO and the commune authorities were requested to help coordinate and expedite the election as soon as possible in order to strengthen the effectiveness of the committee in carrying out its roles and responsibilities in managing collective land in accordance with the community’s statutes and internal regulations in a sustainable manner.
The meeting was also attended by the commune chief of Seda, the committee members, and a total of 39 community members (15 women).

On March 19, 2026, the ICSO team collaborated with the local authorities of Seda Commune to organize a meeting to discuss adjustments to the composition of the Tumpuon Indigenous Community Committee in Samut Ler Village, Seda Commune, Lumphat District, Ratanakiri Province, which had been elected in 2011.
As a result: after the ICSO team presented the purpose of the meeting and held further discussions with the participation of the Seda Commune Chief, the committee, and community members, it was agreed to request the election of five new committee members to replace those who had passed away, grown old, or moved to another village.
ICSO and the commune authorities were requested to help facilitate the election as soon as possible in order to strengthen the effectiveness of the committee’s roles and responsibilities in managing collective land in accordance with the community’s statutes and internal regulations in a sustainable manner.
The meeting was attended by the Seda Commune Chief, committee members, and a total of 58 community members, including 34 women.

On March 18, 2026, the ICSO team collaborated with the local authorities of the Lbang 1 Commune Administration to organize a meeting to discuss the structure and adjust the composition of the Prao Indigenous Community Committee in Katieng Village, Lbang 1 Commune, Lumphat District, Ratanakiri Province. The committee was originally elected in 2017 and consisted of 9 members, including 3 women.
As a result: after the ICSO team presented the purpose of the meeting and held further discussions with the participation of the Lbang 1 Commune Chief, the committee, and community members, all participants agreed to request the election of three new committee members. These positions will replace members who have passed away, become elderly, or moved to other villages. The participants also requested that ICSO and the commune authorities help coordinate and expedite the election process as soon as possible to strengthen the effectiveness of the committee’s roles and responsibilities in managing collective land in accordance with the community’s statutes and internal regulations in a sustainable manner.
The meeting was attended by the Lbang 1 Commune Chief, committee members, and a total of 48 community members, including 26 women.

On March 17, 2026, the ICSO team collaborated with the local authorities of the OChum Commune Administration to organize a meeting to discuss adjustments to the composition of the Tumpuon Indigenous Community Committee in Laen Chong Village, OChum Commune, OChum District, Ratanakiri Province, which was elected in 2010.
As a result: after the ICSO team presented the purpose of the meeting and further discussions were held with the participation of the commune councilor, the committee, and community members, it was agreed to request the election of nine new committee members to replace those who had passed away, become elderly, or moved to other villages. ICSO and the commune authorities were requested to help coordinate and expedite the election as soon as possible in order to strengthen the effectiveness of the committee’s roles and responsibilities in managing collective land in accordance with the community’s statutes and internal regulations in a sustainable manner.
The meeting was attended by the OChum commune councilor, committee members, and a total of 36 community members, 21 of whom were female.

On March 16, 2026, the ICSO team collaborated with the local authorities of the Laok commune to organize a meeting to discuss the structure of the Kreung Indigenous Community Committee at Laok village, Laok commune, O Chum district, Ratanakiri province. It is in order to adjust the compositions of the 11 committee leaders (3 women), in 2009. Discussing the purpose of the meeting, under the commune council; the committee and members agreed to request the selection of 3 new committee leaders in replacement the committee leaders who had died and oldest, and requested ICSO and the commune authorities help to coordinate and expedite the selection as soon as possible for strengthen the effectiveness of the implementation of the committee's roles and responsibilities in managing their collective land in accordance with the by-law and internal rule. The meeting was attended by the commune councilor, the committee and members with a total of 31 people (17 women).

នៅថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមការងារអង្គការ ICSO បានចុះតាមដាន និងធ្វើការបង្វឹកបន្ថែម ដល់កសិករចិញ្ចឹមមាន់ជាលក្ខណៈគ្រួសារ នៅសហគមន៍ជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចព្រៅ ភូមិកាទៀង ឃុំល្បាំង២ ស្រុកលំផាត់ ខេត្តរតនគិរី ដោយបានណែនាំបន្ថែមពីរបៀបមើលថែ ការផ្តល់ទឹក ផ្តល់ចំណី និងធ្វើការអនាម័យទីធ្លាជុំវិញផ្ទះមាន់ជាប្រចាំ ។
On February 25, 2026, the ICSO team conducted monitoring and provided additional training to family chicken farmers in the Prov Indigenous Community, Katieng Village, Lbang 2 Commune, Lumphat District, Ratanakiri Province. The team also provided further guidance on proper chicken care, including feeding, providing clean water, and regularly cleaning the area around the chicken coops.

On February 24, 2026, the ICSO team held a training session for chicken farmers on how to mix feed for chickens and how to combine natural medicine for chicken protection at the Charay indigenous community in Lae Village, LomChor commune, O’Yadav district, Ratanakiri province.
As a result, the farmers gained a clearer understanding of how to mix chicken feed and natural medicine ingredients. They also learned about measures to prevent chicken diseases using herbal medicines that are readily available in the community.
The training session had a total of 20 participants (7 women).

On February 24, 2026, the ICSO team participated in the public release of the land boundary map of the Kuy indigenous community in Koh Khnaer village, O’Kreang commune, O’Kreang Senchey district, Kratie province. The event was attended by relevant authorities, including the Deputy Governor of O’Kreang Senchey District, representatives of the Department of Land Management, Urban Planning, Construction and Cadastral, representatives of the Department of Water Resources, representatives of the Department of Rural Development, representatives of the Department of Environment, representatives of commune and village authorities. Approximately 30 indigenous community representatives (10 of whom were women). At the release of the land boundary map, the representatives of the Department of Land Management, Urban Planning, Construction and Cadastral explained how to view the map to the community to ensure that the community understood and recognized the land boundaries defined in the map. The posted land boundary map shows that the land is 843.8044 hectares, collectively owned by 200 families with a total of 853 Kuy Indigenous members (430 women). This land boundary map is posted in the compound of the Kuy Indigenous Community, Koh Khnaer Village for 30 days effective from February 24 to an end on March 25, 2026, for the stakeholders to inspect, if there is any disagreement on that.

On February 23, 2026, the ICSO team conducted a refresher training session for model farmers on the preparation of chicken feed and natural herbal medicine for poultry protection. The activity was held in the Kreung Indigenous Community, Svay Village, Poy Commune, OChum District, Ratanakiri Province.
As a result: the model farmers gained a clearer understanding of how to prepare chicken feed and natural herbal remedies. They also improved their knowledge of preventive measures against common poultry diseases by using locally available fruits and medicinal plants found within the community.
A total of 31 participants attended the training (17 women).
