នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមការងារអង្គការ ICSO បានសហការជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋានៃរដ្ឋបាលឃុំប៉ូយ រៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំជ្រើសរើសសមាសភាពគណៈកម្មាធិការសហគមន៍ជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចគ្រឹង ភូមិម៉ាស ឃុំប៉ូយ ស្រុកអូឬជុំ ខេត្តរតនគិរី ដែលមានសមាសភាពចំនួន ០៩នាក់ ស្រី០២នាក់ កាលពីឆ្នាំ២០១៩កន្លងទៅនិងទទួលស្គាល់ពីក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ ។ អង្គប្រជុំបានឯកភាពគ្នា ជ្រើសរើសសមជិកគណៈកម្មាធិការថ្មី ចំនួន០៦នាក់ (ស្រ្តី០២នាក់) ជំនួសគណៈកម្មាធិការដែលចាស់ជរា និងស្លាប់ និង ជ្រើសរើសបន្ថែមចំនួន០២នាក់ (ស្រ្តី០១នាក់) ។ ដូចនេះគណៈកម្មាធិការសរុប មានចំនួន ចំនួន១១នាក់ (ស្រ្តី០៣នាក់) ដើម្បីចូលរួមពង្រឹងប្រសិទ្ធិភាពនៃការអនុវត្តន៍តួនាទី ការទទួលខុសត្រូវលើការ គ្រប់គ្រងដីសមូហភាពអោយស្របតាមលក្ខន្តិកៈ និង បទបញ្ជាផ្ទៃក្នុងសហគមន៍ប្រកបដោយនិរន្តភាព ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានការចូលរួមពី លោកជំទប់ទី១ឃុំ មេភូមិ អនុភូមិ គណៈកម្មាធិការ និង សមាជិកសហគមន៍សរុបចំនួន ៥៦នាក់ (ស្រី៣២នាក់)។
On the morning of July 30, 2026, the ICSO organization working group, in cooperation with the local authorities of the Poy commune administration, organized a meeting to select the composition of the Kreung indigenous community committee of Mas village, Poy commune, O'Chum district, Ratanakiri province, which previously had 9 members (2 women) established in 2019 and recognized by the Ministry of Interior. The meeting agreed to select 6 new committee members (2 women) to replace older and deceased committee members, and to select an additional 2 members (1 woman). Therefore, the total committee consists of 11 members (3 women) to help strengthen the effectiveness of performing roles and responsibilities in collective land management in accordance with the community's statute and internal regulations sustainably. This meeting was attended by the 1st Commune Deputy, village chief, deputy village chief, committee, and community members, totaling 56 participants (32 women).

On the morning of July 29, 2026, the ICSO organization team, in cooperation with the local authorities of the Nhang Commune Administration, organized a meeting to select the composition of the Charay Indigenous Community Committee of Tang Se Village, Nhang Commune, Andong Meas District, Ratanakiri Province, which originally consisted of 11 members (3 females) established in 2014 and recognized by the Ministry of Interior.
The meeting agreed to elect 7 new committee members (2 females) to replace elderly and deceased committee members, restoring the total number to 11 members. This aims to strengthen the effectiveness of their roles and responsibilities in managing collective land in accordance with the community's statute and internal regulations sustainably. The meeting was attended by the 1st Commune Deputy, Village Chief, Deputy Village Chief, committee members, and community members, for a total of 44 participants (23 females).

On the morning of July 22, 2026, the working group of the ICSO organization, in collaboration with the local authorities of the Pok Nhai Commune Administration, organized a meeting to select committee members for the Charay Indigenous Community Committee of Pok Touch village, Pok Nhai commune, O’Ya Dav district, Ratanakiri province, which originally consisted of 13 committee members (3 women) established in 2014 and recognized by the Ministry of Interior.
The meeting unanimously agreed to select 4 new committee members (3 women) to replace members who are elderly or have passed away, in order to restore the full count of 13 members and help to strengthen the effectiveness of their roles and responsibilities in managing collective land sustainably, in accordance with the community's statute and internal regulations. The meeting was attended by the 1st Commune Deputy, the Village Chief, the Village Deputy Chief, committee leaders and members, totaling 65 participants (45 women).

On the morning of July 21, 2026, the ICSO team collaborated with the local authorities of the Sesan Commune Administration, organized a meeting to select members for the Charay Indigenous Community Committee of Pa Tang Village, Sesan Commune, O'Yadav District, Ratanakiri Province. The committee originally consisted of 11 members (including 2 women) formed and recognized in 2017 by the Ministry of Interior. The meeting agreed to select 3 new committee members (including 1 woman) to replace elderly and dead members​​ to fulfill the 11 members in order to strengthen the effectiveness of roles and responsibilities in managing ICLT sustainably, in accordance with the community's statutes and internal regulations. The meeting was attended by the 1st Deputy Commune Chief, committee leaders and members, totaling 42 participants (including 23 women).

On the morning of July 17, 2026, the team from the organization ICSO, in collaboration with local authorities from the Kok Commune administration, organized a meeting to select the composition of the Charay Indigenous Community Committee in Sala Village, Kok Commune, Bor Keov District, Ratanakiri Province. The previous committee, which had been in place since 2012, consisted of 15 members (5 women).
Results:
Following the presentation of the meeting's objectives by the ICSO team, and through discussions, guidance from the Village Chief, the Committee Chair, and community members, as well as additional explanations from the 1st Deputy Commune Chief, the assembly reached a consensus. With the voluntary acceptance of the nominees, the assembly selected 13 new members (including 3 women) to replace the outgoing committee. This change aims to strengthen the effectiveness of the committee's roles and responsibilities regarding the management of collective land, ensuring adherence to the community's bylaws and internal regulations for long-term sustainability.

The meeting was attended by the 1st Deputy Commune Chief, the Village Chief, the Deputy Village Chief, as well as committee members and community members, totaling 44 participants (19 women).

On the morning of July 16, 2026, the ICSO organization team, in collaboration with the local authorities of the O'Chum Commune Administration, organized a meeting to select the composition of the Tumpoun Indigenous Community Committee of L'eun Chong Village, O'Chum Commune, O'Chum District, Ratanakiri Province, which had elected and selected 13 leaders (including 5 women) back in 2010.
As a result: After the ICSO team presented the purpose of the meeting, and through discussions, nominations by the deputy village chief, the committee chairperson, and community members, as well as additional explanations from the commune council member and the consent of the candidates themselves, the meeting agreed to select 06 new committee members (including 01 woman) to replace the old committee. This restructuring aims to strengthen the effectiveness of their roles and responsibilities in managing collective land in accordance with the community's statutes and internal regulations for long-term sustainability. The meeting was attended by a commune council member, the deputy village chief, the village assistant, committee members, and community members, totaling 32 participants (including 20 women).

On 15 July 2026, the ICSO team, in collaboration with the local authorities of L’ak Commune Administration, organized a meeting to select members of the Kreung Indigenous Community Committee of L’ak Village, L’ak Commune, OChum District, Ratanakiri Province. The previous Community Committee, established in 2009, consisted of 11 members (3 women).
Results: Following the presentation by the ICSO team on the objectives of the meeting, participants engaged in a discussion. Recommendations were provided by the Village Chief, the Community Committee Chairperson, and community members, while the Commune Chief also offered additional explanations. With the voluntary consent of the nominated individuals, the the participants agreed to appoint 6 new committee members, including (a woman) to replace the former committee members. The newly selected committee members will strengthen the effectiveness of their roles and responsibilities in managing the Indigenous Community’s collective land in accordance with the Community Statute and Internal Regulations, ensuring sustainable management.
The meeting was attended by the First Deputy Commune Chief, the Village Chief, Community Committee leaders and members, with a total of 62 participants (30 women).
